The experience has been good so far. The tech support has been readily available and helpful. My only problem is that one machine the tap feature rejects tap cards three times before accepting them and sometimes not at all. It is pretty frustrating. Tech support says everything is fine with the machine but this slows down our busy days.
I keep receiving cold sales calls from very rude representatives of this company. Had to block and report the numbers they use. Reply: Why is your customer support team cold calling businesses and being rude before hanging up? By looking at the other reviews here, it seems that I'm not the only business owner to experience this.
Called in today to get my pos system set up.. Harry answered the phone right away and directed me to Esther who couldn't have been any more helpful .. She is a very polite, patient employee and Cdnpos is very lucky to have her
The sales person was great, the information is very good, the person who "trained" me on the virtual terminal sounded dead inside and I basically led the training. I have only used it twice, so far it is easy to use.

My first impression was how hard your staff tried on the phone to guide me how to set up the terminal. I thought it was an arduously long procedure and waited about a month before connecting the terminal. It was simple as ABC. Please sk your staff to ask the customer to connect immediately and then follow up. I requested a refund of Minimum fees charged for April $50 and the request was immediately processed. I have used it for 2 Days and everthing seems to be fist class.
