Ils sont assez insistant pour vous vendre leur produits mais une fois le contrat signé et accepté le service n'est plus le même, j'ai de la difficulté avec mes terminals et c'était un point que j'avais soulevé lors du contrat car avec mon ancien fournisseur (Global payment ) le service est pas mieux, ils m'ont dit que eux le service etait A1 et bien j'ai plus personne qui répond , chaque probleme est referer a elavon et eux retourne a CDN. Chaque jours j'ai des clients facturé en double car la transaction inscrit non complété mais passe a leur compte et son remboursé de 1 a 7 jrs ouvrable wow essayé d'expliquer cela a votre client.. Bref le pire changement que j'ai fait pour l'instant. De plus les frais de resiliation avec l'autre compagnie ne sont pas assumé

They were quick to send our machines, they were not “pushy” at all. Very slick machines. We did a tutorial on how to use them. They were great. No regrets.

Customer service has been phenomenal. I called this morning to rectify a problem and the gentleman at pos took the time to explain and fix the issue. He called back literally a few hours later and fixed the problem. Thumbs up to Tobias for really taking the time to find a solution 👊

the unit is unreliable, terrible connectivity, excellent service for setting u up but when u need support or cancellations ur given multiple numbers to call and noone to do the cancellation. note...been trying to cancel since monday...still not cancelled. dont waste ur time...rather pay the rate monex charges me, at least that unit works and same day on site service.

Je le noterais avec 0 étoiles mais je n'ai pas une telle option. Le service client est très mauvais. depuis 2 semaines je n'ai pas de réponse

Had some issues getting the SIM cards in all of the machines and had to call them to sort out some original charges. They sorted things out for the most part. Jack the service representative was very helpful and clear. The rates are very fair and significantly cheaper than my old provider. So all in all I am quite happy with the services provided.

As a business owner I am always sceptical of new payment processing companies, however, my experience has been very good. I did a lot of research prior to signing up in the reviews were good. Once I have signed up set up installation and first few days have been seamless and extremely easy. We definitely recommend

Product came in a timely manner and they were helpful when setting up. Only issue was that we requested to be hard wired and when it came, that item was missed.

is not a good company they put hold on your money they make you feel like you are a thief I newer head this problem in my business since 1985 they make u get 2nd machine more fees because u cant use this much amount on this you have to get another machine u get it they still put hold on your money they kip asking information they ar reap off a company I do not recommend to anyone I just cancel my both machines
