I had some issues setting up, It was not supposed to be long but I got the run arround, and I recieved a new model of terminal, I lost tree sales because it didn't work it kept loading, brought it on the road and it never connected, now I only get one print out and I have to do reprint a receit for my records and it's quit timely

We have been working with Lindsey LaRose and she has been great. We received the POS machine promptly and have enjoyed good customer service.

So many problems getting set up. Significant delays to schedule training. Multiple people promising to arrange training but never happened. I still can not collect money as nothing works. It's been months since I signed up and has cost me hundreds of dollars in fees. *UPDATE* - Over 2 months since a promise to help get set up and only minor improvement. And responses take well over a week. From day one I explained that I do work internationally and yet my account still isn't set up for multi-currency. I regret working with this company.

Our contact, Harry, was very friendly, followed up with us, answered all our questions. Terminal is easy to use and works great. We are happy with the service provided.

I own a small baby consignment store and they have been charging me $300-$800 a month. I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my account. I’ve tried numerous times to get in touch with them. I want to send back my terminal and cancel my account but no Response, they just keep Charging me. When They wanted me to open an account they were on me with daily phone calls, so nice and accommodating but now nowhere to be found. Do not open an account with these people. I am so upset with myself that I did. Between the pandemic and the floods my shop has suffered enough these criminals shouldn’t get away with this.

This has been by far the best experience i have ever had with any company. Every one is so helpful, 5 of the 6 people i have talked to sound happy to be helping, all 6 were very helpful. The way their system is set up ensures that every one is on the same page and can help you- ensuring that you won't fall through cracks that can so often be present. The rates are very good with NO HIDDEN COSTS and the terminal is a good fit for us. I sincerely thank you all for your time and patience ( and your sense of humour ) ! NO HIDDEN COSTS. GREAT RATES. Made it clear we where a no sit in restaurant before getting the hand held devices. We have 2 drivers . And devices only came with Wi-Fi no Sim cards. This isn't a good start two strikes .third strik and your out .

M James Grey, Vient tout juste de me racrocher en me disant une attitude comme ca saloppe...ouffffff quelle violance verbal gratuite Je venais de lui dire que la derniere conversation que nous avions eu ensemble avait terminer sur une note en ce dissant que mon systeme ne correspondait pas avec ce qu`il m offait. Il me rappel ce matin et ce souvenais pas de notre conversation. Allors je lui dit tres amicalement qu ìl pouvais mettre une notre au dossier check que mon systeme ne fonctionne pas avec ses offres. ETIL ME TRAITE DE SALOPPE....

Nancy was very persistent in that I needed your service without annoying me to the point of rejection. She helped explain your service and the advantages of doing our business with you. She offered a better deal than the company we were dealing with. Once approved, the poynt people were helpful setting up the new terminal.
