Bonjour, le terminal va bien mais les écritures pourrais être écrites plus grosses pour une meilleure facilité de lecture.

All was good except that I was told we could have unit for the customer and one for us. Have not seen that yet. Also I have not heard whether our TD account has been closed and dealt with which I was assured would happen. So basically just a few promises made that havent been followed through with yet. 😊 thanks

I used the system yesterday and I did not receive my money this morning as promised. I was told i was going to use a Canadian system and I discover it is owned by Go Daddy and operated out of Palo Alto, California.

All kinds of nope. Getting my credit has been a nightmare and I think they're dragging it out to continue siphoning money from me. Customer service rep Reema wouldn't get back to me in a timely fashion unless I cc'd their regular customer support. I was told my credit would be applied to my account, the rep failed to tell me they missed the cutoff to apply it for the next statement. (It was confirmed on the 13th of the month so not sure why they need more than 2 weeks to apply a credit) I'm done with this sh!t, switching to Square for less hassle and more transparency.

A nightmare. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY! They talked me into switching and still have not deposited $20,000 processed on June 18 and now July 28, a month and a half later. They sure put through the fees for the transaction though, no problem with that!

Canadian POS agents are hardworking and dedicated to the job. I had a little hick up along the way with my business name on the debit machine being misspelled but it was all cleared up on-time of reopening! Debit machine works great, everything is great! Special thanks to Jack McKenna for his initial contact, patience and dedication to his work!

So far the service has been good and the rep follow up excellent. In saying that we are new to the system so have had no problems needing attention so I guess time will tell.

I have tried to get in touch with the person who signed me up (Vanessa) and the billing department regarding the refund they promised me. A few statements ago I started noticing that the refund has stopped. I am out aprox $1600.00 when I changed from my previous POS service provider to Canadian POS with the promise that I would get a full refund of the cancellation fee. Nobody has returned my emails since May 2021 as to why the refund payment have stopped after a few months.

La pire expérience de toutes, mais j'ai beaucoup appris grâce à eux ! Dès le commencement, j'ai reçu un appareil inutilisable. Ensuite, dès le premier relevé, des frais additionnels ont été ajoutés à ma facture sans autorisation et pendant les trois mois qui ont suivi, de nouveaux frais se sont ajoutés systématiquement. Rien de ce qu'on m'a facturé ne correspondait aux ententes promises par ma représentante Stéphanie Côté. D'ailleurs, cette représentante m'a promis des économies basés sur des calculs qui, après coups, se sont avérés complètement faux et trompeurs (elle a inversé les taux de base pour Visa et MasterCard). Ainsi, non seulement je n'ai pas fait les économies promises, mais le contraire s'est produit et je me suis retrouvé avec le double de frais comparativement à mon fournisseur précédent. Encore aujourd'hui, mon compte est définitivement fermé et le solde est entièrement réglé et pourtant, je continue de recevoir des factures et des états de comptes pour des frais inventés de toute pièce.

I was a little hesitant to change to Canadian POS from the merchant processing company I was with, however, I am so thrilled that I did. They set me up in a way that was exactly what I needed for my business. It was a bit of a learning curve for me but everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly - especially John. Thanks for your patience and encouragement. Best of all, I am saving many dollars compared to what I was paying before Canadian POS.
