Caveat emptor! When instant paying by Paypal take note of the 20 day claim dispute time allowance. If your tower or ladders turn up damaged, start your Paypal dispute claim within 20 days. By the time our badly damaged tower turned up & subsiquent time wasting emails/calls - it was too late!

This is a company that is happy to take money for next day delivery. The next day you receive an email saying that they are out of stock, with 4-5 week delivery time. Note: "Massive stocks always held for next day delivery, all backed up by our knowledgeable sales teams and celebrated aftersales service." You go on-line and the items are still available. Speaking to the sales team - no interest - issue with the web site. Really? Clearly bait and switch. They do not have the stock and have no ability to supply the product. Happy to take your hard earned dosh.

Bought the DIY scaff tower, pleased with the product. Had a little fault but just phoned them up, got great customer service. New part dispatched to me next day. Would recommend :)

I'm delighted with the 6 tread tripod ladder. I've been looking for one for a long time and this is exactly what I needed. I've already used it many times and it's perfect. It was delivered the day after the order, as promised and I would recommend both the ladder and the company.

Really good options for loft ladders. Purchased the new insulated drop hatch too, disappointed it didn't come with its own extension handle for that but we will make something as it does drop quite quick. Overall though good selection and delivery was quick.

The tripod ladder is excellent. It’s sturdy, well made and most importantly, safe to use. BPS service throughout was also excellent, easy to make payment and their communication was spot on! The ladder was well protected so arrived damage free.

Had a bad experience but Carly sorted everything and some…… I wish all companies worked on this way! Well done Carly😁 Not impressed. Ordered a folding ladder Tuesday morning with delivery for today Wednesday. No confirmation e-mail received. Payment definitely gone. Chased this morning only to be told its out of stock with a 6-8 week lead time!!!! No mention of this on the website. And no e-mail received prior to this morning to say it was out of stock. They tried to suggest that the e-mail may have gone to my junk file but this was the first place I checked. I’ve asked for a refund but guess what…..they have not responded!!!!
