This company was recommended by a friend so I looked online for their tripod stepladders. I also looked on Amazon and bought the same set still supplied by BPS for £15 cheaper. I ordered at 12.15 Monday and they arrived a 07.45 the following morning. Fantastic quality, extremely stable and I wished I had bought these 14 years ago when I moved to this house with high hedges.

I purchased loft ladders from BPS which have been faultless. After over 10 years service, one of the plastic feet got damaged and the company has today issued me 2 more, free of charge. What great customer service! Highly recommended.

Great product for the price, fast delivery and easy to install. Remember to download the installation guide from the web site. Only not a five as the trim supplied with the ladder we thought was too small so got a better arcatrav to finish it off.

I purchased a 4 meter ladder and when it got delivered I was not entirely have with it, there were a few small dents and scuffs. Most people would have been happy but I am fussy. I contacted them and they sent another one out the next day no questions asked. Very friendly and helpful people. Recommended.

Great company, excellent products. I ordered the 4m trade master scaffold. Set up in 10 minutes or less. Very manoeuvrable and the 4m is a manageable height.

I am very impressed with my new tripod ladders they are very stable and although my delivery didn't include the clipping bag obe phone call to your efficient customer service and one was in the post straight away which I received the next day. Brilliant all round service

Recently received my 3 leg adjustable tripod steps for cutting a long garden hedge on a notable slope. With easy adjustment on each repositioning, I can now work safely (and level), without fear of a fall. How did I manage all these years without them?

Received the loft ladder yesterday, unboxed today, frame is broken and insulated panel is punctured, very poor quality. Received a call from BPS who apologized for the condition of the equipment and made arrangements to replace the ladder as soon as possible. I was very surprised and happy with the responsible attitude of BPS and felt compelled to share my experience, I only wish more companies showed the same commitment to their customers, well done.
