Great product received on time

It was just what I needed for the gutter cleaning on the bungalow and for other maintenance. Very sturdy, easy to put up and fold down. It takes very little room in the garage. No longer will I use a full ladder. If you have a bungalow, get one. You will never need a extension ladder again. I felt very safe on it and have already had questions from my neighbours.

Took three hundred quid off me for 3 scaffolding ladders, said "next day delivery". Nothing arrived for 3 days then an email saying "sorry we dont have any" This after the website said "IN STOCK" when I ordered, and STILL 3 days later says "IN STOCK". It was going to be a month before more arrived (too late for me) when I asked for a refund they said it would be 3-5 days to get the money back because of "the banks". This is nonsense as UK transactions can now all be done instantly. Completely untrustworthy, and happy to take your money and worry about if they can actually deliver later. Total waste of time.

Great service and super quick delivery

I ordered a set of tripod ladders last October, for a great price, and the delivery was really quick. I had a slight issue with one of the adjustable pins for the legs, but I phoned and spoke to Carly who couldn't have been more helpful. Carly organised for the spare part to be sent out, with no hassle, fuss or cost. I would definitely recommend BPS, especially because of their great customer service, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

A fast process from start to delivery

A big thank you for the excellent service provided. Sent an email regarding a broken spring replacement for my loft ladder purchased in 2012. The friendly company answered all my emails promptly and sent replacement springs out quickly. So, in four days the loft ladder was repaired and in use again. This was a bonus for us 70+ year olds as the loft ladder was made for ease of use by the elderly.

Dont buy off these guys. My black spiral staircase arrived. Its plastic and unfinished looking, wobbles and the banister turned up damaged, completely unable to fit it but the company have basically said tough luck! Terrible way to handle an issue. I now have a really unsafe spiral staircase which looks terrible and im begging my kids not to go near it. Thanks for your reply. I did call and ask for help. No one would fit these stairs for me the fitting instructions involve a heat gun to fit the bannister by warming the hard plastic so it will bend. I called your company to ask if you had recommended fitters but you don’t. So hubby and I had to do it. It looks terrible and the bannister keeps falling off. Very dangerous and not fit for purpose.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Scaffold Tower from BPS. To put it bluntly, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Let me walk you through my harrowing experience. Firstly, the purchasing process was riddled with issues. The website was clunky and outdated, making it difficult to navigate. When I finally managed to find the product I wanted, the checkout process was a nightmare. Constant errors and crashes made me question whether I'd ever receive my order. After what felt like an eternity, my package finally arrived, but any glimmer of hope I had was quickly extinguished. The product itself was of abysmal quality. It was nothing like what was advertised - cheaply made, flimsy, and falling apart before I even had a chance to use it. Naturally, I reached out to customer service hoping for some resolution. However, dealing with them was like banging my head against a brick wall. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed utterly disinterested in resolving my issue. It was clear they couldn't care less about their customers once they had our money. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish my experience with BPS on my worst enemy. From the terrible website to the shoddy product and abysmal customer service, it was an all-around disaster. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and steer well clear of this company. They don't deserve your business.

I purchased ladders to get my gutters repaired, placed order and was told it would be a 3 day order. Checked tracking 7days later saying they had been scanned at the DX Courier Company in my area. I rang up to see what the issue was, I was told the ladders were out of stock and would be sent as soon as they were available. I queried the tracking with another customer service representative who told me to ignore the first rep ladders was at the delivery depot and he would contact them and get back to me. No call back, I rang BPS again and they told me that there was a issue in the depot but it was now sorted and ladders would be with me by the 5th April. No ladders called BPS who then told me that they was out of stock. I pointed out that they was allegedly at the DX depot. Again I was told to wait for a call back. I politely refused and cancelled the order. I now am waiting for a refund.

Great service from order to delivery super quality pair of ladders very happy with my purchase

I bought this ladder to make it easier to prune the several trees in my garden as they are quite tall. I can now prune in complete safety as the ladder is so stable.

BPS sent me the wrong product which was frustrating at first, but speaking to Carly on the customer service team turned into a very pleasant customer experience. She was able to provide me with the parts including extras to turn my product into a working solution. Well done BPS for having such a great customer service focus and hiring such a great person onto your team! Thank you!
