Unfortunately received a damaged ladder but BPS arranged a replacement without hesitation, no fuss and no drama. Liam in customer services was great and really pleasant to deal with. You can purchase from these guys confidently! Would certainly buy from them again.

Great customer service, promptly replacing a bit I had lost. Tower is much safer than a ladder. I have already been able to complete 2 exterior painting jobs that I didn't feel confident attempting previously so the tower has already paid for itself.

Excellent service and product from bps only let down by the courier company DX who after two days of telling me they would be delivering that day, I had to do a 70 mile round trip to Exeter to collect from the dx depot.

This is the 3rd year I have installed my 7m tower to access some impossible-to-reach aspects of our very tall and very old Victorian. It remains in excellent condition after so many installations/de-installations. I figure I have saved literally thousands of pounds against the contracted alternative option. PLUS, Carly saved the day by locating and sending me several J-bolt bits that I had misplaced and got me back up and running with a cheerful smile...3 years after service like that is absolutely outstanding: Thank you Carly: Highest recommendation.

Updated review: as I had previously reported issues with not receiving my order, it is only fair to report my update. Customer services called to apologise for any problems I had been having. The item I had originally ordered had arrived in stock. I was asked if I would like to go ahead with the order or continue with cancellation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead. The order arrived in A1 condition the next day, with the servIce manager calling to check if all was OK. I would recommend calling them still before ordering to check stock availability, but the service I have now received has made up for the earlier supply issue.

7m tower assembled (and disassembled) without any problems although caution needed with trap door platforms which are relatively heavy. Tower a bit wobbly at full height but not an issue for me as I could tie to side of house. Thoughtful design features apparent such as lightweight tubing, colour coding, trap doors, easy to move and transport.

The service from BPS was excellent prompt dispatch and got exactly what I ordered, the only down side was the delivery, the company delivering was rather poor with regards to delivery times so spent all day waiting only for it to be delivered in the evening, so a bit of a day waited when I could have employed my time better.

Did as expected

Can't praise this company highly enough. Delivery within 2 days. We discovered a dent in the ladder rung and they immediately replaced the ladders, again within 2 days. I wish all suppliers were as helpful and diligent as these.
