First 7 Premium DIY Aluminium Scaffold Tower, which is made in France, and nice quality. Made by Tubesca Pesto - instructions as others have said - needs to be improved. Looking at the instructions, and looking at BPS videos, and others. I managed to slowly get together, and all correct to good fitment. Received with slight cosmetic delivery damage, but resolved with some refund by BPS, which I was happy with. I still have to do a full put together, but do not anticipate any problems. Delivery took a bit longer than advertised, as no stock, and then DX delivery sent one parcel to wrong delivery Hub.

BPS Access Solutions showed great customer service when the ladder I had ordered was delivered and I found it to have been damaged in transit. I contacted them and sent on pictures to show the issues and their representative Barbara took on the issue and ordered a new ladder to be sent out to replace the damaged one with no extra cost.

After initial problems with stock availability and delivery dates the product was delivered and it is A+, good quality and as advertised. As for initial problems the company kept me updated and have now been In touch again and fully explained what the problems were. Nice touch from a company who seem to care about their customers
