I placed an order on Sunday 11/02/2024 expecting delivery under their 'free next day delivery' promise by Tuesday 13th. We had a confirmation email at the point of order but nothing since. I have tried phoning numerous times - being held in a queue for ages then cut off - thats the Sales Line. Customer Services just cuts you off straight away. Very confused as the reviews on here are so good. My experience has been very bad. I’ve just had a call from from a lovely lady at BPS Access Solutions. Very apologetic, explaining that all of their systems have been down as confirmed by another Trust Pilot reviewer today. So they are contacting me again tomorrow, promising delivery by Friday. So upgrading my review to 4 in anticipation.

I originally left a 1 star review as the communication was terrible, however BPS had lost access to all there systems including internet access, as soon as they were back up and running they immediately called be and apologised, the ladder also turned up today. All credit to them for calling me back and apologising ... many companies would not have bothered.

Update: Received a call on Wednesday to apologise that their IT systems had gone down. Loft hatch was shipped to arrive the next day. Was asked if I would amend the review and obliged, given I greatly appreciated the efforts to put this right - great work BPS Uncontactable. Ordered a ladder at 14:15 on a Sunday for next day delivery (which I understand to mean delivered Tuesday). Following no updates on Monday or Tuesday, and having taken a day off work, I called on Tuesday afternoon at 16:30 to speak to someone about an update. Everytime I called, the call was dropped after 'joining the queue'. Package later arrived at 18:00 on Tuesday, but missing the loft hatch that was ordered with it. Clearly no-one here interested in providing a good customer experience.

I placed an order that was delivered both promptly and as promised. Having experienced an issue with the item I contact the customer service team (Carly) who was extremely helpful and understanding. Issue resolved. Thank you.

We ordered our loft ladder from BPS Access Solutions, it arrived within a couple of days. The ladder is amazing, so sturdy and the hatch looks sleek. Our fitter damaged one of the trims and the customer service from BPS was second to none, they replaced it immediately. Highly recommend this company, definitely 5 stars from me.

Prompt delivery. Good communication. Let down a little by QC. One of the very lower rungs had a dent on the rear. Not really impacting safety, just a little disappointing, as damage not down to courier. Very tight shrink wrap untouched in area of damage. Had spotted something similar in a different review. Other than this, very good deal that I could not better elsewhere on the web.

Tried to return as safety clips missing from platform and holding clips for legs. Want to charge £65-00 to return faulty product.

As Craig Revell-Horwood puts it 'A-may-zing'! Ordered a tower late Tuesday morning, and it arrived about 9.30am today, much less than 24hrs later. Driver, DX, was very helpful, and very friendly. The overall experience with BPS was brilliant. Their website is so informative, user friendly etc. Other companies don't include delivery, platforms or outriggers etc. The demo vids leave nothing unsaid. The dimensions, both onsite and packed ensure you make the right buying choice. Will definitely use again, and can thoroughly recommend to any potential purchaser.

Superb customer service. Friendly assistance regarding a spare required for a concertina loft ladder purchased many years ago. Not just helpful, but sent the parts free of charge.

Most helpful and knowledgeable people I've dealt with in a long time. They know their products inside out and when something goes wrong they go out of their way to help. I ordered the wrong ladders. Rang them. Ladders picked up. Spoke with them to make sure I was ordering the right ones this time. Had them delivered within a day. Customer service doesn't get much better.
