Great piece of kit. light weight & can fit in an SUV. well made. Just need to get use to climbing up the inside of it. outriggers a must - 2 minimum.

Ordered a loft ladder 20th April, advertised as next day delivery, emailed & phoned enquiring as to delivery. Email was ignored, finally get through on the phone 26th April and Harvy tells me none in stock for a few weeks, disgraceful Sadly now 29th April and I am still waiting for delivery despite BPS "resolving the situation" by telling me that a loft ladder was now available and would be arriving on the 27th. What they say is not what you get.

Ladder matt is a well designed product and arrived on time. I did not need next day delivery, which was the only option, and would have preferred a less expensive delivery option.

Just ordered an industrial scaffold tower, biggest priorities are safety aspects and quality long standing materials. It’s going to be delivered on Monday. I work in a Bank and manage people servicing customers and preventing fraud. I want to write this review today, after speaking to Alfie at BPS. He definitely needs recognition and promotion by BPS, his service skills, his knowledge, empathy, polite, professional and reassuring manner really makes him stand out. I am buying the scaffold to ensure my husband is safe when completing refurbishment on the outside of our property. Alfie listened to my requirements and reason for them. Alfie really personalised my experience, showing interest in what I needed and why, acknowledging all of my points. If I was evaluating his call he would score, above and beyond. This is an excellent piece of equipment. It is quick and easy to assemble, light to move around and feels very secure when being used.

This was a first class service. Ordered the ladders one day and they were here the very next day. The ladders were excellent value for money both very strong and stable I can’t fault any of the service,would definitely use this company again.
