Friendly, helpful and efficient - why can't everyone be like this?
Great product and service from this company. I bought a premium tower a few years back for one job in a confined area but have used it on multiple jobs as it is quick to put together and perfect where access or space is limited. After sales support is exceptional and they are happy to discuss requirements to ensure you get a product that is right for you.
Honesty is what went wrong. When you advertise you have the item in stock and can deliver next day, then you should. In modern retail I cannot believe their stock system is not running concurrent with sales. If I hadn't have contacted BPS, when the delivery didn't turn up, I would have had no idea til after the weekend that they never had the. 7.96m 3 section ladder and wouldn't have it in stock for a further week more, which meant I wouldn't have received it til the week after that, as another weekend would have passed, making the delivery actually sometime in the next 12-14 days... Maybe. Yes they're by far the cheapest but I would have paid more for reliability of delivery time. Such a shame to see the same complaints over and over again but not being addressed. Refund to paypal was prompt at least.
Absolutely disgraceful company. Do not waste your money. Failed delivery of complete order. Lies told by staff about delivery I requested a full refund of almost £300 for 5 items. Despite only ever receiving the ladders, which were sent back after staff told me they failed to process the complete order,and I’ve had excuses after excuses. I’ve been told 3 times by email that my refund has been processed. And each time, no refund. Each email contradicts the previous. And yet they only refunded just over half of the order value. Polite excuses made my email but not a full refund for goods not even received Look at other companies with better reviews before committing your hard earned money. I’ve now carried out a charge back on credit card as I believe this is the only way I will receive the full refund.
Really pleased with our new 7m Home Master platform. Arrived super quickly. There was one dent which upon seeing a photo, Carl organised a replacement to be sent out. No hassle just great customer service. Have to say both BPS and Carly have been 5*. I'm very happy to recommend them. Thanks.
I bought a 2 section ladder from BPS Acces solutions about 4 years ago and found the product to be extremely well made and fantastic value for money. I needed some replacement stabiliser bolts and spoke to Carly in customer care, she was very friendly and helpful and sorted my replacement parts with no problem at all. I would thoroughly recommend BPS and will happily be a customer again in the future. Many thanks to Carly and the team.
We purchased a set of 3.8m ladders a year ago and they have been fantastic. Highly recommended, so much so we have just ordered a second 2.4m set. Customer service is always great too :)
On Thursday 6 September I ordered a 6m Tower and asked for Next Day Delivery to be postponed until Tuesday 10 September costing £849.98. At 4.04pm on Monday 9 September they lacked the common decency to call me by telephone and instead sent me this email message: I do sincerely apologise, your order has not left us today due to a lack of space on the collection vehicle. Your order will be prioritised on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch. My Annual Leave ends on Friday and the weather forecast is heavy rain from the weekend. I am trapped being unable to transfer cleared funds in time to buy from another supplier or hire one. If default delivery is Next Day and I asked for postponed delivery prior to ordering AND at time of ordering AND after ordering why was my order not prioritised? Why was there no room on the collection vehicle?
Its a really cheap product that is about as sturdy as matchsticks. Pay a bit more and get a much better product.. I foolishly unwrapped it and was then told I had no recourse for a refund Cowboys...

The tower arrived damaged. I had to chase to get replies and specific photos that were asked for could have been asked for much sooner in the conversations. Ordered on the 13th Aug, was told on 22nd Aug I'd have the replacement parts next day. Now the 28th, no parts, told they are out of stock and it will be a couple of weeks. I would send it back for a refund, but I was told to dispose of the bent parts, which I have. So now I have to wait 2 weeks until I can start the job that should have been finished by now. Literally now paying someone to sweep the floor and do odd jobs instead of plaster boarding a ceiling. UPDATE: 27/9/2024. Still no replacement parts.
It seems this company have a habit of advertising products as 'in stock' - only for you to find (after you've parted with your money) that they are out of stock. In my case I was told I'd have to wait 4+ weeks - a bit rich considering it was advertised as 'next day delivery'. Customer service team were fine to deal with, but had to call them 3 times to ensure the refund was actually going through.
Ladder arrived with missing foot (probably knocked off in transit). Fully expected hassle requiring forms and photos...but no such thing. Service agent looked up order and sent replacement immediately. Very refreshing to have such a trouble free resolution. Oh and the ladders are good too.
Excellent service as usual from BPS. There was an issue with the scaffold tower (my fault I ordered the wrong size) but BPS exchanged it with no fuss at all. All in all I was very pleased.
Very good and informative customer service. Great product, although the stabliser wheels make it a bit wide at the base, and it would be good to be able to get a second platform to make the climb down a bit less vertiginous!

This company is only interested to accept payments for next-day delivery. You find out via email the next day that they are out of stock and that delivery will take four to five weeks. When you visit the website, the products are still available. Speaking with the sales staff, they had no interest to help and every team members misguide you. Initially, the salesperson had told me that they had stock and could deliver it in two to three working days. When I phoned again after three or four days to enquire about the estimated time of delivery, I was told by another salesperson that the stock would not be available for another three to four weeks. They are unable to offer the product because they lack the necessary stock. Really really terrible customer service. It's obvious that they don't value their client. They just like to waste your time.
