I purchased a set of ladders on the Friday before mayday, and after some messing around, they arrived. I've gotta say I'm more than happy with BPS and what they've supplied and how they handled my emails about the ridiculous delivery times. My only criticism here is of your delivery firm Tuffnells. They're absolutely appalling, and are damaging the reputable name of your company.

I am updating my original review, after being contacted by Alfie (sales manager) who was very apologetic for the non arrival of my order, he bent over backwards and ensured I got my order the very next day. So thank you Alfie you now have a happy customer who will no doubt use your company again!

I ordered and paid for a scaffold tower online. The website said next day delivery. Next day I went to the works site and waited all morning. At lunchtime I rang to ask for an estimated delivery time. They told me they had written a letter to me (sent by post not email). I had to phone them when I got the letter and they would then arrange delivery. No warning of this arrangement on the website or by email when they confirmed the order. Rang them when I got the letter and was told I was too late for next day delivery. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never again. Follow-up: I very promptly received a phone call from the manager. He was very apologetic and has gone out of his way to put things right. Thank you and fingers crossed I will get the tower on Monday as promised. I'm upgrading this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Quick delivery, good ladder, needing final assembly of pieces with the purchaser.

Good value and excellent product

Great product and efficient service

So I bought a DIY grade scaffold tower from BPS. It came promptly and seemed well constructed. The clipping system is simple but secure. So at this point I was feeling pleased at a good product that would serve me for some years. The assembly instructions were a bit minimal and the images quite grainy but eventually figured it out and got it assembled and seemed like quite a reasonable piece of kit. Lightweight but still seemed pretty robust. I did have an issue with how the telescopic clamps worked and after an initial hesitancy with addressing this from customer service then I got a very friendly call from Alfie (who appears in quite a few of these reviews it seems as the go to problem solver) We organised both a solution for me and note to make product changes/extra user guidance for other future purchasers. So got my issue sorted out very satisfactorily, but hopefully customer service can make some improvements to their initial response approach. But the product is a great diy grade tower. Looking forward to using it for lots of tasks.
