I bought the 7m tower. There was a delay to delivery but excellent customer service resolved the matter to my satisfaction. As for the tower it's self- The good: Tower sections are really light, you can join two together and easily lift them up to complete the tower to it's full hight. Seems well made no sharp edges everything fits exactly. It does not wobble at all when correctly assembled. Sturdy, 150Kg weight limit is easily within it's capability. Bad: All joints are bolt and wing nut so it does take a while to assemble. Bottom safety satabaliser bars holds tower 1 foot from wall. Doesn't sound much but is suprisingly inconvenient. It would be possible to modify these or just leave them off.

I ordered a 3-part ladder from BPS. It arrived, but with a dent in one of the rungs. I sent a quick picture and Harvey (the world’s best customer service rep) arranged for the section to be replaced and the damaged section returned with no hassle whatsoever. I didn’t even have to fill in a claim form or return delivery ticket. It was a flawless example of extraordinary customer service. All of my dealings with BPS have been like this. As for the ladder…excellent bit of kit that I’ll be using for years. I couldn’t be more pleased with BPS.

What a joy, to find a company that really cares about their customer's. BPS Access Solutions are one of those that DO, Monday morning at 11am I ordered a ladder and paid for it. Within 10 minutes they e mailed back saying out of stock until 1 week, did I want to wait have a refund or have the next size down? At 2.30pm I e mailed back, confriming the next size down. At 2.40pm I had a refund of the price in my bank!! At 10.30am on Tuesday the ladder was delivered to our office in Canterbury, WHAT SERVICE IS THAT Thank you all at BPS David Lee
