I bought a multipurpose ladder without handrails but soon realised handrails are an essential safety feature . Order them from BPS they arrived the next day . How buying online should be . 😊

We built our own house 15 years ago and it's now got to the stage where it needs some external repairs - repointing ridge tiles, painting gutter boards and so on. I'm a chartered surveyor and my partner's a joiner so we knew what we needed - a good quality, easy to assemble DIY tower so we could do the work safely. We're too old to be working off ladders! My partner did a lot of research and we chose the BPS Homemaster DIY tower with extension. We live in the North of Scotland and we thought it would take ages to arrive but it came 3 days after ordering, even though we're 90 miles from the nearest town. It's really well-made with high quality fixings, simple to put up and strong. After we first out it up, a storm got up. The winds were 45-50mph, but the tower stayed completely stable. We finished our first job on it this weekend with the tower up to its full height and we're impressed. It is everything BPS claim it is and the customer service is great. It will enable us to safely access lots of jobs around the house. And it'll save us a lot of money too!
Excellent product and customer service I have owned this scaffold for a number of years it is perfect for my diy use (polishing a boat ) and the company has been very helpful in providing odd maintenance fittings
Superb service and an excellent product. Ordered and received next day, very well packaged and once opened we were delighted with the quality. BPS SCAFFOLD TOWER 10+ YEARS OLD AND STILL GOING STRONG. LIGHT, STRONG & EASY.TO ASSEMBLE. EVEN BETTER WAS THEY STILL CARRIED STOCK OF THE SPRING CLIPS THAT HOLD THE JOINTS TOGETHER AND WHICH TEND TO GO ASTRAY. BPS WERE HAPPY TO SEND TO ME F.O.C !! THE KIND OF OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ALWAYS HOPE FOR BUT WHICH YOU SO RARELY EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

Absolutely 5 stars! Recent purchase of DIY scaffold tower from BPS Access Solutions, Warlingham. I wasn't quite sure what I really needed, but after spending a little time with Alfie, who checked my requirements and explained all options, I was left to decide my purchase, there was no pressure selling to go for the biggest/most expensive. It was my choice and so refreshing. Order process really good and these people are very friendly and helpful. The only very minor point I would make, is there currently are no products on display, (there used to be), but I understand changes had to be made for extra personnel space due to the covid pandemic, so this facility should get back sometime. Personally, as I had been a previous customer, this wasn't an issue, as I know these are quality products. Thank you Alfie.

Excellent after sales service. The plastic feet on my brilliant Grand Wooden Loft Ladder became brittle and disintegrated after several years. After a quick, very pleasant and efficient chat with Dan he arranged for a new pair to be sent out, which arrived the next morning. Ladder now like new and not marking the carpet.
The concertina loft ladder is well made.The fitting instruction for the ladder were straight forward and easy to follow. Very satisfied customer, I would recommend this product.
