The safety barrier arrived Thursday 4 Nov. A day later than expected having stayed in all day Wednesday. I was a little concerned it was without any outer packaging with all sections clear taped together. The package was left against my front door. No damage seen. Looking forward to installing soon.
There was a small hiccup with delivery but BPS contacted me and pulled out all the stops to get my order to me only one day later than expected. They stayed in touch and checked that it had arrived and that I was happy. Alfie Trill did an excellent job of turning a disgruntled customer in to one who was very happy with the customer service I received.
I have bought 3 x loft ladders now from BPS, all wooden type including one Grand loft ladder for my garage attic which is great, the feet required replacing after 6 years of use and when I contacted BPS they sent me a replacement set in the post that day and I received the following day, excellent customer service from Alfie. All 3 ladders have served a great purpose and would recommend them, easy to install and finished off with architrave you hardly notice them in the ceiling. Mr D. Joyner Preston
Great piece of kit easily reach 2nd floor windows. Very quick delivery. Used for cleaning window and painting staircase. A great set of ladders and easily folded up for storage

This ladder was excellent for me because I could place it anywhere safely on my staircase. Top, middle, bottom, or anywhere in between. It allowed me to reach places that without the ladder, I wouldn’t have been able to reach. Pretty sure I could use it anyway in or outside of the house.

Ordered 7.11m Trade Master 3 Section Extension Ladder with Integral Stabiliser from BPS Access Solutions. Ladders arrived earlier than the quoted, pleasant surprise. Good quality ladders, they feel strong, safe and very stable, very little if any wobble even when fully extended. Product is quality. You definitely get what you pay for and stood 20 foot in the air you need to have confidence in your ladders, which you should with these ladders. I had a question about the ladders and a supplementary question about the “stepout” I bought for the ladders. I called customer service they went above and beyond to help me. No question was too silly and I felt confident in the answers I was given, they know what they are doing! To sum up, quality product and an extremely efficient and helpful supplier.
Good price and quick delivery, excellent step ladders! Good company! Everything went smoothly, unlike another UK company Tools 4 Trade who didn’t know the difference between a step ladder and a bench saw stand, then forgot to send out my original order, hence why I’m with BPS!

Needed a steady 2 section ladder for trimming very overgrown bushes. This 11 step was perfect. Easy to assemble and feel very safe when using. The stabilising strut works wonderfully. Very speedy delivery by a courteous and helpful driver.
Ordered a 5m tower - had a few queries beforehand which were answered promptly. Ordered and paid and arrived safely in the day stated. Delivery company were very helpful and efficient as well. Fantastic item - light but study/safe, and easy to erect and use. Makes things so much easier! Was purchased to paint outside of house but will be so useful for clearing/cleaning gutters and fascias and windows - will pay for itself very soon! Would highly recommend this product and company :-)
