The ladder is of good quality. Unfortunately one of the support straps was rivetted with a twist in it and the bracket was rivetted to the ladder upside down (hence twist). As I needed to use the ladder and it would have been a hassle to return it I repaired it myself. I didn't make any complaints, so don't know how good the response would have been.

I ordered a ladder that was said to be in stock. It wasn't so I requested and received a refund.

I bought a 16 foot combination ladder, but there was a mechanical issue with one of the locking catches. I emailed the company, received a response that same day, and the ladder was replaced within two days. The ladder is versatile and robust, but the 16 foot ladder is not a lightweight to carry. However it folds up conveniently for storage. I am very happy with both the product and the after sales service, and the price was very reasonable.

This is a great bit of kit beautifully made. No more leaning my ladder on my hedge, or seeking a srong branch when harvesting my fruit trees, decorating in my house, all in all a great all-rounder which if need be can be used as a standard ladder. Very pleased with this addition to my climbing equipment.

Bought this scaffolding to enable me to trim quite tall Laurels and they are perfect for the job. Very easy to erect, very stable but surprisingly light and easy to move. Highly recommended.
