I've owned a BPS 7m DIY scaffold tower for 7 years now. It stores easily, is light enough to handle comfortably and is straightforward to erect - I love it! I lost a small part and broke a wing nut. Excellent service. Loft ladder arrived within 2 days and the delivery driver put this in the garage for me until the joiner came to fit. Well packed with no damage. The joiner found the ladder easy to fit. The steps are wide and the twin handles make it safe to climb. It is easy to pull down and push back. Good value for money.

Great service! Speedy delivery and very well packaged. There are instructions which are devoid of difficult language and incorporate how to construct your version of the tower, which I enhanced by scanning them onto computer. Best of all....all the parts were there! It is a useful tower and I have already been able to do jobs for which I would formerly have had to employ tradesmen. Every house should have one of these towers.

I had a BPS attic ladder from 2015 that failed a few weeks ago. Following some emails and conversation with Alfie, I was advised it couldn't be repaired as it was an older model. A replacement was arranged and arrived within a few days. Excellent customer service.

easy to work out which ladder you need as very good videos etc on website. Easy to order and delivery was spot on - very quick, on time and kept informed of when the delivery will happen - down to the hour slot! The 3 Section Stair Combination Ladder is a brilliant ladder! lots of uses, from getting in the loft to trimming the hedge. So many different positions!! Helped enormously with the decorating. The little step with it was a godsend. Felt very secure and stable while painting - or when being used as a shelf! Took a while to get used to putting it up and down using just your foot but easy when you get used to it. The clamps on the joints of the ladder itself are fairly stiff but that should also get easier with time. All in all, why didn't we get this years ago???

Info on website very informative. Delivery excellent. Item arrived before 10am on day of delivery. Scaffold tower has not yet been used but looks very good. Would buy again from this company.

I bought a multi-purpose ladder/platform and was not disappointed. It's really good quality, lightweight and compact. I got it on sale for a price far lower than other places. Delivery was free of charge and very fast.

Second time of ordering from BPS, should have learnt from the awful first experience with missed deliveries, missing items. This time I need some extra bits for a job, mailed in morning to make sure next day delivery was possible, placed order..... Items failed to be delivered, chased mid afternoon and told they should be here today ....... Still nothing. Proper waste of space, no idea how they get so good reviews.....

Bought a ladder, forgot i had dealt with this company previously. The sent the wrong ladder (a smaller cheaper version) which in any case was damaged. However they did replace the item quickly with the correct ladder which does work well. Problem was I needed the ladder for a specific job which was time bound....had to put it off ...

Alfie was very helpful, gave us good advice and showed us various options of tall steps that would suit our needs for washing the roof of our motorhome and other jobs. Nice, easy access to their warehouse and parking. Fork Lift Truck driver also very polite and didn't mind having to wait whilst we were looking around.
