Had absolutely brilliant customer service from Alfie via phone and email today. I needed to change the address on a shipment and Alfie expertly cancelled my current in transit parcel and rearranged for a duplicate to be sent to the new address tomorrow. When I received an email that confused me, I called up the number again and Alfie not only confirmed that all was well with my order, but could remember the details of our previous conversation without me having to remind him. I’ll be coming here from now on. This is how you do customer service!!! Someone give Alfie a raise!

I bought a one man scaffold tower from B P S Access Solutions, the quality of the tower is excellent, lightweight, easy to erect and store and the customer service second to none. I would highly recommend this company and this product.

I bought a stepladder from BPS Access Solutions. I opted for the industrial type, and I could not be more pleased with it. I previously had a cheap one from one of the DIY chains. It was very flimsy, and I fell off it whilst pruning some fruit trees. You get what you pay for. The BPS Industrial range are more expensive, but the difference is amazing. They are surprisingly rigid. Once in position they do not move. I took the view that paying a bit more for a ladder was a better option than ending up in A and E. Whatever work you do from one of these ladders, you can relax and be confident that you are safe.

Ordered a sliding loft ladder for my new garage. Despatched same day with next day delivery. Didn't appear but courier site marked item as 'delivered'. Contacted BPS next morning and they insisted on despatching a further ladder but via a different courier. The inevitable then happened, with the original arriving late the following afternoon - but the driver not very forthcoming on why it had been marked 'delivered' the previous day. The hiccup not their fault - but BPS handled the issue admirably. I've had the odd similar instance over the years where the retailer has declined to take action before the original item has surfaced. So .......... very impressed, thank you.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. The ladders which I needed urgently were delivered free of charge next morning and are in constant use. Fantastic service in these uncertain times. Ordered and promised next day delivery. And they arrived before 9am next day.

Bought a 7m DIY scaffold tower which had to be delivered to Northern Ireland. I was a bit nervous buying this tower from GB company with all the problem people were having shipping goods to NI due to Brexit and after reading some of the negative reviews. But the tower arrived after a few days of purchase and seems to be a good bit of kit. Very happy with the item and service I received and will certainly buy again from BPS.
