Purchased a 2.4m tripod ladder with three extending feet. Arrived very quickly. Very easy to set up. Mainly needed it for hedging for which it seems to be perfect. The adjustable legs are perfect for the rough ground around the hedges and the ladder is very stable. Very happy !

Needed a replacement step ladder for home that gave good height access ( cleaning gutters on a bungalow) and light enough to carry around inside ( to clean skylights) and outside. Meets all my needs. Robust, lightweight easy to fold out and close. Prompt delivery, good price. Very happy.

*Update* Alfie contacted me very promptly a couple of hours after I emailed the photos in and discussed the issues raised and apologised for the problems encountered. He has resolved everything to my satisfaction and I am happy . The customer service at BPS is exemplary , the loft ladder is sturdy and well made and will hopefully last a long time ** I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately I can’t. I ordered a deluxe loft ladder with and extension plus an LED loft light. The light was the only item delivered the next day. I had to chase up the ladder which took 3 days which was stressful as I had my builder booked.When my builder opened the box he found 3 edging strips missing. I then drove to the warehouse to collect them as I didn’t trust Tufnells to deliver on time and my builder was booked in and couldn’t do another time. Tufnells damaged both boxes which arrived in a shocking state. The guys at BPS were helpful and gave me extra strips- pity not the correct size! Then when the builder installed the loft ladder, he found that the 2 long edging pieces were too short , one of the ladder treads was broken and there was a piece missing from the loft hatch edge, later found and glued into place. All in all very disappointing. I could have got him to pull it all out and get a replacement delivered but that would have meant paying him double and the chance of another shoddy item arriving in a damaged box. I have emailed photos of all of the above to BPS this morning as the least I would expect is a credit. Other than all these issues, the quality of the loft ladder is fine and okay value for money

The scaffold tower has become an essential part of my DIY equipment. It is well-designed, light, robust and easy to assemble. I have used it on many occasions where safety has been important to working at height. It has been borrowed on several occasions by friends and neighbours who have also spoken highly of its usefulness and ease of moving it around.

the ladder is very well made and heavy duty. There was a delivery delay though as my house name was not on the box and the courier had to ring me necessitating a one off delivery later than planned for that day. The product itself though should be great for my home decorating needs
