We have found this scaffolding to be very versatile and simple to erect. It is easy to move on its wheels and feel very safe when using the tower. Excellent value and BPS very helpful. Assembled by two women.

Great product easy to follow instructions you do need two people to fit, one to remain in the loft. Took approx 2 hours to fit due to the clear instructions. 5 star
I purchased multi-combination ladder plus sum extras ( A stand-off an extra foot stand and a support rail).There was free next day delivery and a life time warrantee. As I had ordered on a Sunday next day meant Tuesday delivery. It arrived at 11am with the driver phoning10 mins prior to delivery for final directions. He was a pleasant person. I had time that day to unpack and try out the ladder. It was was well packed and when I climbed up it I was impressed by the build quality. It is well constructed with no noticeable flexing, which gave me confidence. So 'Well Done' on both scores of delivery and construction.
We are very please with the loft ladder we purchased from BPS, IT is strong and sturdy, easy to use and well thought out. We will be ordering again as we need another ladder for the main loft.

After having an issue a year ago and leaving a poor review I have bought a replacement scaffold tower from BPS to replace the one I bought from them about a decade ago and it has arrived quickly with no issues that I can see so its only fair that i balance out my previous review with a good one
I ordered the ISO:2008 back in 2013. As a side note the scaffolding unit is 11/10 and has saved me thousands of pounds in roof repair, roof guttering cleaning and restoration and adjusting a dangerous 10m tree in mu garden. I lent the unit to an acquaintance and to my horror all the most the bolts required to hold the unit sturdy were missing. I called BPS access solutions who volunteered the parts free of charge. I'll add, I was not missing one or two bolts but all but two. That's quite an expense for a 9 year old purchase. I called ALFIE TRILL at BPS who volunteered everything at no cost. Unfortunately my car is being repaired and I was unable to make the trip today and to be my surprise Alfie took it upon himself to suggest mailing the items by next day. (I called at 3pm) That is an exemplary service and as a result of such a gesture you have a customer for life.
I recently bought an 8ftx4ftx5.4mtr scaffold tower the order came through on time and without any hassle. My 2nd order I managed to mess up and had to cancel and reorder, BPS saw my mistake and acted upon my e-mail I left to correct my mistake, they performed superbly and reordered plus reimbursing my payment that day. all went well my order came through on time.
I bought one of these small towers years ago and it was damaged recently. No simple repair possible the six rung section was bent and broken. I was going to chuck the lot but I got in contact with Chris at Highams Farm and he was very helpful. I went to see them with the damaged part and Alfie sorted a new one out very quickly. I recently bought a Tripod ladder from BPS. The delivery was fast and the quality or the product good. Very light weight to carry. The price was good compared to similar products. This type of ladder while expensive compared to traditional ladder are well worth the money for professional gardeners etc.
The ladder I ordered arrived on the due date despite ordering it over the Easter weekend. Additionally, the ladder itself is great, I ordered a tripod ladder to help with cleaning both a caravan and conservatory roof. In both instances it has proven to be worth every penny.
Really good quality product, well made and good safety features. It easily put up and is quite light for such a large ladder.
