This was my first purchase from BPS Access Solutions. I ordered a set of roof ladder hooks on 12th June and they were delivered in good condition on the 14th.

Absolutely ridiculous, quick enough to take your money but won’t update their website if an item is out of stock, sent an email next morning stating stock will arrive end of last week 24/06/2022 and would arrive on a next day shipping basis, today nothing has arrived and am absolutely fuming due to the lack of stock availability and lack of website updating. Now I have to wait another 2 days which is not very pleasant for me due to having to sleep on my sofa as I don’t have an attic ladder to go to my room, getting very painful back and neck pains which is not very comforting Alfie gave me a call regarding the customer service received and was very apologetic over the phone, agreed on a partial refund as compensation for the time it’s taken for my order to be processed. He sent me an email with his personal work email stating if I ever need anything to contact him which I most definitely will do in future. That’s what I call absolutely amazing and fantastic customer service, I was not expecting a call from Alfie but it shows how a company goes out their way to help a customer feel very welcome and to continue business with them too

An absolute pleasure to deal with on every count. Before I decided which ladder would best suit my needs… the office manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The ladder itself arrived punctually and is top quality. I regularly work at height and this Professional Trade Quality 7 Tread 3 section 4 way Stair Ladder… complements the bigger ladders perfectly. It is robust but light and fits perfectly in the back of the van. It will be a useful tool in the garden when cutting hedges etc. and if I need a larger one… I will not hesitate to buy from BPS again. Top drawer service and a top drawer product!

I had to replace my well made wooden stepladders when woodworm destroyed the top platform. They were also getting quite heavy to carry. I was delighted to recieve by next day delivery, these lightweight strongly made, aluminium stepladders. I have already used them on my fence and climbing rose and clematis trimming. Easy to use and feel solid.

I ordered a mobile tower from bps hoping to get a good deal expecting to pay over £800.00 having difficulty with my online banking not updating my phone number I know silly billy. I got a call back on the Tuesday asking do I still want this tower over the moon I told the fella I need this urgently by the weekend as I need to get a job done that I had quoted for but keep putting off the tower turned up on site I had asked for the very next day and nearly £200.00 cheaper than I expected I opened the wrapping and started to assemble the tower less rhan 15 minutes myself and one of the guys had it standing 7mtrs high over the moon work started immediately what we all want. Easy to assemble easier to break down all packed up into a ford mondeo inside nothing left out and ten minutes to unload from mondeo wish I had gone for this years ago instead of the awkward need a van to carry it to and from if you need these towers get them here no messing about perfect for the DIYer and the trader who needs a quick repair buy it here

Really good information on the website which helped me choose the right ladder. I purchased the 4 by 4 combination ladder. I am really impressed with the quality of the ladder and accessories purchased. I bought the handrails and the additional step. The quality for the price is so much better that what you will find in a std diy store

Great scaffold tower

Helped me select appropriate ladder (cheaper of the ones I was enquiring about) and had it delivered next day. Used before and will use again.

Excellent buying experience. Very easy to order what I wanted and the ladders arrived within 2 days. I bought these for domestic use .... and am so glad I did. I'm very pleased with them - they're a very worthwhile investment. The 9.25 mtr reach is simply awesome - not that I have needed to have them extended more than 6.5 ~ 7 mtrs so far. The ladders feel good and very solid - there's almost no ladder bounce when climbing them. The D rungs are great - and the flat tread means no digging into my feet when using them for prolonged periods. The wheels on the top section make it very easy to "roll" the ladders up walls and minimise any sideways slip. The stabilizer bar is great and gives a good feeling of using the ladders safely. Being good and solid the ladders are quite a bit heavier than normal domestic grade ladders - so sometimes it needs two of us to position them - but that's not been any sort of issue for me.

The ladder we ordered was delivered quickly and in perfect condition, and is a solidly built reliable piece of kit. The website makes it very clear to see exactly what you are getting. I particularly liked that as you change the ladder size that you want to order, the photos on the listing update to show that exact size of ladder - importantly all of the images are shown against the same building so it's easy to compare them in the same context. Being able to see "this ladder can reach a third floor window" made it much easier to decide which ladder to order. Everything slides and locks nicely, and the additional support bar makes it feel nice and sturdy even when we're 6 meters up. I'm usually a bit uncomfortable going up ladders, but the one we ordered feels rock solid so I'm much more confident using it. It's easy to switch between a single long ladder and an A-ladder (not sure if those are the correct names), and although it's reasonably heavy to carry I think that's partly because it's well built. We previously bought a telescopic ladder from another company, and while that's light it's also like climbing on wet spaghetti! No such problem with this ladder though! The only negative I have (and I'm reluctant to really call it a negative) is that the additional supporting bar is quite wide, making it a bit more difficult to manoeuvre and store. Of course, the extra width is what makes it so stable and it can be removed by unbolting it - but it's worth noting for those who have less space or smaller vehicles. We also purchased a step platform (at a discounted price because it was bought at the same time as the ladder - a nice touch). I would highly recommend one to anyone who will be spending prolonged periods on ladder. It makes it so much more comfortable on your feet to stand on a wide platform, and it's very easy to use.
