Multi Purpose Ladder I have now used it so can comment better. It is probably not the cheapest or the lightest but I have found it strong/robust (light and flimsy often go together) and, overall, value for money. The mechanism/locking devices may seem a little stiff but that adds to its solidity/robustness. I am a 'not particularly fit' 72 yr old but I had little difficulty setting it up, using the mechanisms, etc. I felt confident using it as a stepladder to cut low hanging willow - even on the grass. I also bought 2 accessory steps (one of the reasons I went for this - you can stand on them, others are just for paint pots). Using one either side, they added to the stability and confidence of use (have full foot support & can shuffle/twist a bit, rather than standing on a narrow rung. This helped significantly with balance when using as high as possible with me stood erect with long handles shears cutting the willow. Overall, pleased with my purchase and service provided and consider it good value for money. Forgot to say - email queries answered promptly and delivered as promised.

Purchased a work tower a couple of years ago and rang BPS to enquire about purchasing replacement securing bolts I had mislaid. They kindly posted replacements free of charge which arrived the next morning. Rare to get such great service these days, huge thanks and respect.

Really quick dispatch and delivery with great communication throughout. Website is not the easiest to navigate or search, but otherwise a great experience. We bought a detachable mezzanine ladder, which was good quality at a great price. Bought to reach a mezzanine in our bedroom that is not often used, so were after a ladder which wouldn't take up too much room when in use, and could be hung vertically against the wall when not. This is perfect and just what we needed. We treated it with Osmo Non-Slip stair oil, but it feels very sturdy and secure even without that.

The quality of the ladders is excellent if a little bit dearer than my previous ones but you have to pay a little bit more for quality , I would recommend this product.

The order process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. The ladder itself is very sturdy, and above all very stable. My wife, who normally won’t go more than three steps high due to her fear of heights, went almost to the top and felt quite secure! Quite an achievement. Not a cheap ladder, but worth every penny. Order BPS00000074477 I originally purchased some years ago from BPS an extendable ladder for my husband. Not knowing the first thing about ladders I telephoned BPS who's gave me every bit of advice that I could have wished for including ladder stays, feet mats, storage bag etc. After listening to their advice I purchased several items from them which arrived very quickly. Now here I am about ten years down the line, the ladder and accessories are still going strong after a great deal of use except for one of the rubber ladder feet finally gave up the ghost. I telephoned BPS for advise and they were able to supply me with the solution for the ladder feet. The couple of times that I have had to contact BPS I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly in fact they exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend BPS to anyone.

Fantastic scaffolding and fantastic service. Let me start at beginning, I wanted to fit the fascia back on my roof after the storm blew it off. After asking several builders and handymen to no avail (the quotes were far too high as the roof is 9 meters tall), I had no choice but to do it myself. I knew to do this I absolutely had to buy a VERY stable scaffolding. After doing my research I discovered the scaffoldings vary a lot in price. THE best by far was the BPS scaffolding. It came with everything you need to use the scaffolding safely. There were indeed scaffolding slightly cheaper, but, by the time you paid for all the extras to make the scaffolding safe, it worked out significantly more expensive than the BPS one. I will not hesitate to recommend BPS scaffolding to any one that need a stable strong scaffolding. Highly recommend them.
