Ordered a ladder that was showing in stock and offered next day delivery but was not in stock. Got my order refunded, then Alfie got in touch to say they had one that had come into stock and that they could honour the sale price and get it to me next day. Arrived today and happy with the product. Was good that they cared about my situation

Excellent service from BPS Access Solutions. Our home scaffold tower was showing signs of age, but BPS supplied new wing nuts & bolts under the life time guarantee. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Bought a ladder system from here. It wasn't cheap so I was slightly nervous about buying without seeing it in the flesh. The product arrived promptly and is everything they said it would be. It is reassuringly weighty without being too heavy and is easy to operate. It also turns out to be very stable too. Sadly this meant that I was able to cut back a hawthorn hedge that I had been able to avoid doing for the last few years and I now have a yard full of timber. Great product.

A really seamless and great experience with BPS. I had no idea what I needed for the space I had and so I had lots of conversations, sent photos etc and Alfie could not have been more helpful. I was confused about the measuring and he sent drawings back with lines so that I could get the measurements right. He reassured me every step of the way which was just so helpful. Staircase arrived in time and has now been installed and it’s brilliant. Much better than the previous one. I’m really happy. Highly recommend.

This are my words to BPS today. I would just like to say a massive thank you for everything. Discovering the old ladder had a lifetime guarantee was totally amazing. The speed and efficiency of replacement was truly world class. Communication spot on. Collection of the old ladder and delivery of the new - smooth. New ladder already is use. Brilliant and thank you again. That really says it all, the original ladder was bought in Nov 2011. The safety strapping had frayed on contacting BPS the lifetime guarantee kicked in. Prefect result.

Atrocious sales practices. Ordered online with item showing ‘in stock with next day delivery’. Next day get a note saying ‘not in stock for several weeks’. Still showing on the website as ‘in stock’ when it clearly isn’t. This deceitful sales technique of obtaining money from people under false pretences should be outlawed. Got my money back and went to a competitor who provided within a couple of days.

Firstly, the items I bought from BPS were really well made and very good value for money. However what really stood out was when I needed to contact them, their aftersales service was both instant and excellent. They (and in particular Alfie) were very helpful and took responsibility to make sure I was completely satisfied. Well done.

I bought an 11-rung combination stepladder, which arrived promptly but with a single white plastic foot missing — presumably lost in transit. I reported the issue via email and offered to provided photographs (not required). The response from Dan at BPS was immediate and excellent. He kindly sent me out a replacement foot to my home address 1st class post, which slid straight on without issue. Excellent and friendly service. A1+ highly recommended.

An 11-rung stepladder arrived with significant damage — presumably caused by poor handling in transit. I reported the issue and provided photographs of the damage. The response from Dan Martin was spot on — he advised me not to use the stepladder as he considered it unsafe, and he kindly arranged for it to be replaced the following day. Excellent and friendly service; for what more could one ask?!

I bought my scaffold ladder from BPS over a decade ago and I can honestly say its been one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever bought. I have only disassembled it twice for others to use and it has survived all the elements. Finally the UV is breaking down the plastic butterfly nuts but an exceedingly good customer service sold me some replacements and led me to leave this review. If I had stored it away as recommended I don't think I would have had cause to replace even those nuts. Excellent value for money. Fulfils its purpose, light enough to assemble, move and set up by one person.

There’s a lot of talk about customer care but in the case of BPS Access they really do take it seriously and go the extra mile to satisfy their customer’s needs. I ordered a pair of replacement feet for my ladders and contacted the company when they hadn’t arrived after a few days, without hesitation, they posted another set which did arrive promptly. The product I purchased was of the highest quality, solid rubber and much better than the original hollow set which I was replacing after they had worn out. I am more than happy to recommend the company and their products.

I needed some minor consumable spare parts for a scaffold tower after 5 years of good use. BPS provided me with those parts within 48 hours and there was no charge at all. That is genuinely incredible customer service. BPS recognise that it is important to look after customers for mutual long term benefit. I would strongly recommend BPS for their equipment quality and customer service.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! We ordered the wrong loft ladder for our space, not only did they collect it and deliver a suitable one the following day (no extra charge) but immediately refunded the difference. Totally above & beyond. Also top quality products with excellent instructions. Will definitely recommend!
