Good solid tower but when adjusting the legs found one leg wouldn't drop down 'till the cross brace pin was taken out .Not obvious at all and caused a lot of head scratching ,otherwise a good piece of kit.

Highly recommended, Ladders were good quality and great price. Also the delivery was next day and free. From ordering online I was using them within 20 hours.

Had a scissor loft ladder some time ago. Well outside any form of warrantee, but when a small part broke, they shipped the replacement, at no cost to me whatsoever. That's service which really is above and beyond.

Fantastic service that has restored my faith in humanity! I bought a scaffold tower from them a few years ago but when I went to use it recently I couldn't find the bolts anywhere. I called them to ask what size the bolts were so I could buy some but the lady (Carly) said no problem immediately sent me out some replacement ones with no fuss and no charge. Brilliant! If only all companies valued their customers like these guys do.

I was able to assemble the tower (the tallest they had at the time, which was a few years ago) single-handed, on uneven ground, in a few hours. After arranging a tie to the eaves, which made me feel more secure in the strong winds we were having, I was able to move around the tower easily and confidently. I don't have a head for heights but felt completely safe with the arrangement. Several jobs were done on slates, ridge and chimney which I could not have attempted without the tower. Amongst other things I could assemble tools, buckets, materials on the top platform instead of having to go up and down a ladder whenever I needed anything. The whole structure is very well made and thoughtfully designed - well worth the money. I've just taken it out from storage and was struck again by its quality.

Industrial scaffold tower purchase. After some initial problems making the order as well as an incomplete delivery BPS reached out to resolve the issues that occurred. After what was initially a frustrating experience and following the intervention by the customer support staff I would consider buying from BPS Access Solutions again in future.
