Bought their domestic tower system just over tens years ago and it has been great. Easy to erect and dismantle and gives superb access for most work on the house and for large tree pruning. The plastic on the wingnuts has started to break up recently, due to exposure to sunlight I presume, and when I called them to see if I could purchase replacements an extremely pleasant and helpful advisor told me that they were still covered by the warranty and asked me how many I needed. They arrived the next day. Service is excellent and I would strongly recommend them.
