I Purchased a set of BPS 4 x 4 Multi Purpose Ladders from the Ideal Home Exhibition back in 2013. They have been brilliant to work with, stable and, multifunctional. Only recently, after some 10 yrs, one of the cantilevers developed a fault. it just would no longer lock out. I contacted BPS and explained the problem. Without any drama they arranged for the ladder to be collected from my home address where it was to be inspected at their premises. A fault was confirmed and they dispatched a brand new set of identical steps. delivered to my home. You simply can not ask for a better service than that? I ordered a telescopic ladder on Sunday, it arrived first thing tuesday, with a small plastic cap missing in transit. A replacemet cap and a spare was mailed out to me for Thursday. All very quick and efficient. The ladder itself is feels really well made, and locks open very sturdily. Equipment like this needs to feel safe to use, and this does.

I have a 5M DIY scaffold Tower. This is a fantastic piece of kit, so versatile and light weight. I managed to lose a couple of the small parts of the kit. I rang BPS. The customer service was second to none. The parts arrived within two days. I would highly recommend this product and the after sales service.

Wanted to buy a ladder urgently. BPS was best price, and said next day delivery. The item showed as in stock. Made my order but heard nothing, no email, etc, so queried next day. They told me item not in stock. I checked back and the website still said in stock with next day delivery. Asked to cancel my order and get a refund and I then received some very good customer service, with an upgrade to my original order which arrived the next day and received some money off. Can't give 5 stars due to initial issues, but this is obviously a company that will do its best to put things right, so I would use them again.
