It might seem strange that I am giving BPs a 4 star rating when all I have to show for my purchase is some firewood for next winter and a refund on its way! The product is great, as was the Customer Service in the form of Bryan Mpofu, their Senior Sales Advisor. But the first detachable mezzanine ladder arrived and was damaged. Without hesitation Bryan told me to dispose of it (hence the firewood!) and said a replacement would be sent. However, the second one was even more damaged. Bryan immediately said he would send a third, with the protective wrapping applied in the company’s depot rather than the delivery firm’s. Sadly, this one arrived today, gauged and splintered. Bryan issued a further apology and said he would issue a refund. So, I really don’t think BPS, in the form of Bryan, could have done any more. If I were them I would be asking serious questions of the firm(s) they paid to deliver these 3 ladders. In the case of the first delivery, I have just discovered that the driver even entered a signature purported to be mine to confirm satisfaction with the condition in which it arrived! It is such a shame because an undamaged ladder would have been perfect. It certainly wasn’t for the want of trying on both our parts.
Bought a 7.4m Trade Tower, but checked via phone for stock. Was told only 5.7m available and they would send the 4th pack later when in stock on Thursday. I was given a Tuesday as a delivery day. As I had purchased over the phone I didn't receive an email confirming, only the word of the salesperson. Never dealt with the company before and was sceptical on whether I would receive everything as described. It arrived Tuesday pack 1,2 & 3. Pack 1 main base strut was heavily dented, I rang customer services to see if it was still safe to use (I don't mind bumps and scrapes) I sent a picture as requested and they sent a replacement part immediately which arrived next day. The 4th pack arrived Friday. Keep up the good work, very good honest customer service and very good product.
Ordered a 1.8 m tripod ladder, not cheap but a good price when compared to competitors. Arrived in a few days, no rubber feet but a call to the office and they were sent through the next day. Very happy with the ladder, nice and sturdy when trying to cut a massive laurel hedge! Would certainly recommend as an alternative to the other tripod ladder manufacturers.

The loft ladder arrived on the day required (even though they offer next day delivery). Upon opening the carton, it was obvious as to the excellent build quality, it not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Would recommend BPS’s product to anyone if this quality is duplicated across the range of products
Ordered and delivered within a few days. The three legs on the tripod ladder are all easily adjustable to match any surface. I would highly recommend.
Having spent ages looking at ladders, I couldn’t have picked a better product or company. I had some queries, so phoned them first & they gave me excellent advice but with no hard sell. I bought their A Frame extension ladder & it is excellent quality with some brilliant features! I don’t think I could have bought better!

Easy to make an order online and product arrived on time as arranged. I ordered a 7.96m Trade Master Pro3 Section Extension Ladder and a Anvil Universal Roof Rack Ladder Clampers and they both arrived in a very good quality. The Anvil Universal Roof Rack Ladder Clampers was not delivered correctly the first time. I contacted customer service and the lady is very nice and helpful, she have it replaced and delivered very quickly. Thank you.
