Great ladder. Needed a replacement stabiliser after many years of use and Bryan was superb. Arrived at BPS premises and a smiling Bryan sorted the issue. Great friendly service and I would always recommend this company.

Purchase of a loft ladder and guard rails was simple and quick. Installation instructions were easy to understand and our loft ladder went in very quickly. After much use we managed to break the plastic end to to the pole, so I emailed BPS (16.08.2023) to see if they could help. They most certainly could and provided spare hooks that were posted out and received very quickly, i.e. the next day. You’ll notice quick has been used several times. That speaks to the speed of their service. Superb speaks to the quality of their service. We cannot fault a single thing about the total service provided by BPS Access Solutions. If necessary, we will not hesitate to return to BPS for more of their products. I strongly recommend you follow my lead.

A very mixed review, excellent products, and they try hard, but have a bunch of minor issues add up, overall worth it if you can't find the product elsewhere Tried to order a ladder through them website kept giving error messages no matter what route I tried contacting the online chat no response. Eventually called turned out it was out of stock and they seemed to have just not bothered to update website. Whole thing honestly felt a bit amateurish After leaving a review got a call back from BPS team who were very apologetic, knocked a little bit off the cost, and managed to source the ladder which will seemed excellent! If my story had ended there probably would have been 4/5 stars However… Then the delivery happened the delivery driver they sent I'd probably define as unsafe the ladder was meant to be delivered by two people (clearly marked on the box) instead only one was sent and he expected me to join him in unloading it from the back of his van and getting into the property with no appropriate equipment (I have a bad back this could have done me long-term damage), the box was also not secured in any way inside the van and looked badly damaged when it arrived and one of the more delicate bits of wood were broken and there was a small amount of cosmetic damage to the ladder door, he also bizarrely left a whole wooden pallet behind which apparently is the norm for them. So I e mialed BPS they were very apologetic and did put things right (refund it a bit more of the cost, replace the broken part had someone pick up the pallet etc). The ladder is now actually fitted, it was advertised as okay for a skilled DIYer but I would say the skilled builder I had fitting it, found it very complicated to install so I take the descriptions with a slight note of caution. However we were both blown away by the quality of the ladder and felt it was very good value for money. I honestly can't find anything like it elsewhere (and the builder agreed and even took note of the ladder for ordering for future clients) so particularly if you need a loft ladder will take a bit of extra weight and is easy to access BPS have excellent products. They clearly have a bunch of issues both administratively and with their delivery partners but do legitimately try and resolve issues, so I'd say worth it if you really need the product and can't find it elsewhere, but they will probably need an eye kept on them, and I definitely wouldn't order anything particular delicate with their current delivery partners.

I ordered a 5m scaffold tower. I ordered it early Monday afternoon around 2.30pm. The site says next-day delivery. so I was expecting it on Tuesday or Wednesday, knowing that I am going away for a long weekend on Thursday afternoon. Thursday morning, I e-mail BPS informing them that I would not be at home Thursday afternoon so the driver would have to leave it out of sight by the rear gate. I received an e-mail saying it was out for delivery (that's all the e-mail said). At 13.28pm I get a notification from my doorbell that it is my tower. The signal was patchy so I could not tell the driver to leave it around the back. When I do get a signal back I can see my neighbor picking it up from my front doorstep and taking it around the back. Hopefully, it will still be there when I get back. Take the next day delivery with a pinch of salt and the tracking info they supply is next to useless. BPS called me to apologise for the confusion with the courier. They gave me a £30 refund which I was happy with. I have had a guy working up on the tower cleaning the moss from my garage roof and cutting a tall hedge, and he says it is stable. The outriggers would give it more stability and give someone more confidence using it though so I will probably order these. Apart from the delivery confusion I am happy with the purchase and it does what it was designed to do.

After spending considerable time looking for a ladder to go over stairs that would fit in a relatively small residential space, as well as actually lift me up above stairs beyond 15 cm (which most big brick and mortar stores seem to have failed at), I found BPS Solutions. Price was very good given the size of the ladder, the free stability bar addition as well as included postage, compared to other options. Ordered on Saturday with a Tuesday delivery, arrived on Tuesday as promised. Very pleased with my purchase.

Hi All, I ordered a loft hatch with ladders attached via Amazon, The box arrived damaged and the wood split inside, I went through Amazon to get a replacement sent out, Amazon is really complicated, so I contacted BPS myself, and after speaking with Carly, a new Loft Hatch was dispatched the same day and arrived 1 day later, Excellent service from BPS Now that's what I call Customer Service!

BPS contacted me after my previous 1-star review and went to considerable effort to resolve the issue. The scaffold tower I ultimately received is easy to assemble and appears to be of good build quality.
