After an initial issue with the delivery of an item Chris (manager) from BPS Access Solutions phoned me the next day to listen, apologise and bend over backwards to resolve the problem. His attitude was absolutely fantastic and the actions he took resulted in a frustrating glitch turning into a very positive experience. Rare to see a company take such a customer - focussed approach. Ordered from BPS a number of times and always great service and good products. The telescopic tripod ladder is good quality, light weight for size, sturdy and reasonably strong. Delivery was next day. Happy all round.

Item was sturdy and great quality but I did not realise how heavy ( to me a 68 year old lady ) would not be able to carry them! They were the 3 tier professional. The Manager Jon of customer service was very understanding and allowed me to return with full refund. So from delivery to return was very efficient I would definitely have kept them if I could have lifted them. Great service

The ladder was delivered swiftly and just what I needed for height and stability! Easy to adjust and lightweight too.

I bought a loft ladder years ago and all has worked perfectly since. Just recently some of the plastic body round the latch started to crack, i.e. it had eventually worn out through repeated bangs of closing the hatch. I emailed the company asking if I could buy another latch and they immediately emailed back saying they would simply send me one - I received it today after just a couple of days. Truly awesome customer service.

Bought a house and found a BPS three section slider loft ladder in the attic but it was missing the screws required to install it. I contacted BPS asking if I could buy the missing screws, but despite not having purchased the ladder from them in the first place, they kindly sent out the screws first class delivery, for free. Excellent customers services, ensuring their products work well even when the person contacting them never gave them a penny. If I need any other ladders etc, I'm definitely going to check BPS first!

The loft ladder system is compact and easy to install and very sturdy considering its price which is very modest compared with alternatives.

Great company, bought set of tripod ladders from the in January 2021 but lost the pin last week. Contacted them see if I could purchase a new one and spoke to helpful lady on the phone, who sorted me out with a replacement. Would definitely do business with this company again. Many thanks

Poor service, multiple items ordered. One was out of stock despite being promised “next day” delivery. Other two items were not adequate and have been told theres a 40% restocking fee despite the items being in original packaging with the delivery driver still being on site. Absolute joke. Avoid.

Why do you keep asking me to review my purchase when I've already reviewed it and given a good review?

Their concertina loft ladder is a great product and it's sold at a very good price.

Hassle free, easy. And they listened. I said narrow lane, no big trucks. They didn't send a big truck. Maybe a coincidence, but I prefer to think they listed. So, top banana...
