I needed a new part for my loft hatch. I saw BPS on a Google Image search so rang them to discuss my requirements. I sent them a photo of what I needed. Within minutes they confirmed they had it in stock and shipped it that day on a next day delivery service. I received my order as promised and it was in use literally straight away. Now if that's not the most incredible service ever, I don't know what is. BPS Access Solutions, the time and effort you gave me when I needed help rescued me from an awful spot. I will never forget what you did. Thank you.

Ordered a scaffold tower at 10.25am on a Friday as if ordered before 2pm would be despatch for next working day (Monday) called them today to ask as no despatch email received got told computers down 45 minutes later get a call saying won’t be delivered until tomorrow explained that this is not next working day got told sorry having technical issues well perhaps let the customer know so they don’t take time off work , order cancelled would not recommend this company as they give false information on there website

I wanted a platform ladder. The specifications BPS website gave me all the information I needed to select a suitable product and the ordering process was easy. The ladder arrived the next day. I have used it several times for cutting hedges and found it very stable and much faster than before.

Everything is what was told

I purchased the large multipurpose ladder and have only used it a couple of times but well worth the purchase. I have found that the ladder is a bit heavier than a fixed ladder of the same length but worth it to stop having to have different ladders for different jobs. Easy to order online and delivery was easy apart from I couldn’t track it to see what time it might be delivered, it just said it was out for delivery. Delivery man was nice and polite and informed me the parcel is heavy and to take care taking it off him.

Absolutely first class customer service from Bryan at BPS Access Solutions. My trusty loft ladder used very regularly over a period of years had lost it's feet due to my heavy, and sometimes less than perfect handling. I was fully prepared to purchase some new feet to replace the ones lost but Bryan has now posted me some new ones free of charge!! I will definitely be buying something of these guys again in the very near future. Well done BPS.

Contacted BPS via email and telephone, and Bryan quickly identified the problem and dealt with it quickly and entirely to my satisfaction. I have purchased a few ladders over the years from these guys, they have stood the test of time (electrician). I ripped a stabliser of one with a tree branch when it was on the roof of the van, i called to purchase new bolts, as that was the only damage, and they did not charge me for them, even though the ladder was a good five years old. Excellent customer service!

I purchased the 7mt working height DIY tower for at home and to replace some high bay lights at work, awesome bit of kit for the DIY use, really safe bit of kit, fits in a good size car. Arrived quickly (1-2 days IIRC) by courier. Lighter weight than a PRO version , but priced accordingly. I bought it in late 2020/21, managed to lose 4x safety clips which hold it together. Phoned up and they have kindly sent 4x clips FOC. That`s service. Would highly recommend

We bought a BPS wooden fold-down loft ladder about 15 years ago. It has been superb but the catch was beginning to wear. I phoned BPS - no wait to get through - and they looked at my photos and sent a replacement catch by return. The catch works perfectly. The best customer service I’ve had from anyone for a long time!

This is a very useful piece of equipment and the tower can be erected even on quite uneven ground with the aid of the stabilisers. I mainly use it in the garden to access hedges and high sheds and it has been a godsend. It is easy to assemble and quite lightweight to move around. Customer service has also been first class. Thoroughly recommended

Great product and great service. Well packed and came on time. Be aware ladder was very heavy and coming on a 7.5 tonne truck ( in a cul de sac) wasn't the best choice of delivery van..

Good company, great product, very good customer service. I received my 3 metre Trademaster Three Adjustable Leg Tripod promptly after ordering from an easy to navigate website and simple purchasing process. The tripod is very well made, lightweight, easy to handle and very stable on my sloping and uneven ground. I had a slight issue on delivery as a minor part was damaged in transit however a quick e-mail led to a replacement being sent by post to arrive next day. Full marks to Carly for excellent customer service. I've used my tripod for pruning, hedge trimming and fruit picking. It's first rate. To say I'm chuffed would be an understatement. A well deserve 5 stars from me.

Exactly what i needed, swiftly delivered..surprisingly sturdy and light weight. Wheels and grounds spikes are fantastic features. Worked out that its easier to attach the platform with the scaf on its side ( if u have the space) and then tilt upright
