We bought the 6m scaffolding tower with the outriggers. We use it as we have conifer trees about 14ft high. The tower was simple to erect, it took two of us around 45 min’s, this was due to it being the first time we had used it. It’s really simple once you have built it once. The tower is extremely sturdy and the trapdoor in the walkway is excellent. Moving it around is also simple with the wheels attached, they only make contact with the ground when you tilt it to move it. Wish we had bought this years ago as it made a laborious job really easy. Highly recommend piece of home equipment. Also a special mention to Carly in sales as this lady was extremely helpful with a enquiry I had. Thank you. Glynn

I ordered a set of 3 section Trade master pro ladders through the website. I was disappointed to receive an email the following day stating the product was out of stock and was expected to be in stock within 2 weeks. However the following day I received an email stating the ladders had been dispatched for next day delivery. The delivery time was 0800x1800 hrs. I couldn't wait in all day but the DPD contacted me and left them in a safe place The quality of the ladders are exceptional and very good value for money. After the initial disappointment of the the item been out of stock I am pleased with the service and product.

Quick delivery and sound advice

Delivered to my property as instructed. Bought for next spring when my hedges need cutting, and this was the best price I could find and included the extras of the rubber cups for the feet, to protect patios etc and a large collection bag. From other suppliers these are optional extras at a price. Would definitely recommend BPS Access Solutions.

Firstly, thank you for organising the drop off of the ladder which you kindly replaced. I wanted to wait until I had used them a couple of times in different gardens before I wrote back. They are, as you can imagine, much more sturdy, and very suited to all tasks that I subjected them to. Your guarantee is so good that I have been telling fellow gardeners and other tradesmen that I work with. Add to that the ability to talk with, and discuss with, you, and others, about the specific needs for each customer. Much needed in a rather soulless and proliferation of cheap products online. In conclusion, sorry for my late response, but your professional, friendly and approachable attitude means, quite simply, that if ever I or anyone I know needs any type of ladder, I would be delighted to tell them about your company and its products.

The Loft ladder is good quality and easy to fit! Better opening and closing than others that I have fitted in the past and the door shuts with little effort...worth the money

Thank you for great service. We bought our scaffold tower a few years back - its been amazing. So easy to put up, even on your own.
