Needed a ladder for so many access issues around the house. BPS have proved to be the best of the bunch so far. 11 rung, 3 section combination stair ladder is huge, easily reach out eaves and enable safer tree pruning.

Excellent company great product

I have had a BPS deluxe loft ladder in my house now for 7 years. I bought it based on a review, so I thought I would share my thoughts. It's been brilliant. The double handrail is great, along with tread depth makes life easy carrying those items up and down. The long reach pole and spring mechanism is spot on. I have seen other ladders spring out harsh, these don't. Yes there is the Ned for maintenance, but that's all in the instructions. Just make sure you check the bolts on the hinges etc and re tighten as required. Pop in a drop of lubricant (I use GT86 because I have it) and the smooth operation is perfect. My wife and kids can use it and get those things out they need and I have full confidence they are safe. In all a great bit of kit. Technical team are great too. Aman

When I contacted BPS on a Saturday they returned my phone call within an hour to discuss my interest in purchasing the product. Placed the order on line that evening and was kept well informed on the delivery which I received in a couple of days
