Better Impact is a highly user friendly product, which can be customised extensively to suit a wide variety of client needs and circumstances. The program provides automation for a number of tasks, secure and ethical data retention and allows volunteers to take control of their own volunteering. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable, and make a genuine effort through numerous activities to build strong, ongoing relationships with their clients. This is a great product at a price attainable by even the smallest community organisations to help manage their volunteers effectively.

Volunteer Resources partnered with Better Impact over 3 years ago to use their Volunteer Impact system. After an extensive search and product evaluation, Volunteer Resources choose Volunteer Impact based on the functionality of the online application, online schedules, ease of program access from any location due to its web design and enterprise control. Oh, and yes, the product price.. My IT department queried me, saying 'That's it, that's the total cost'?. Our decision has been reinforced time and again. Better Impact worked with us to launch over 92 sites, has listened to our needs and has incorporated our requests where they can, and has, frankly the best level of customer support I have ever seen. VR has been so impressed overall that the contract was immediately renewed for an additional 5 years.

We have used this system to manage over 400 library volunteers and have found it convenient and fairly easy to use. It's been very helpful in organising all of our data so that all of our managers can access it. The reports have saved us time and the information on our volunteers is now in one place rather than us storing it in different spread sheets etc. The help sheets are very good and the staff at Better Impact have been very helpful too.

So user-friendly. If I have a question I receive a response in a very timely manner. Makes it easy to keep track of over 200 volunteers.

I implemented Volunteer Impact by Better Impact for the food bank I work for, managing over 200 volunteers. I evaluated over 14 other software solution before making my decision. Better Impact had the only solution that covered all our requirements. I think that reflects how deeply they understand volunteer management. I was able to customise the software settings to suit our needs exactly (tracking what training courses volunteers attended, what programs they volunteered in etc). If I had a question the help files/videos usually provided a quick answer, and if that didn't work their online chat was available. When you use the chat you deal with one of a small group of people from the company that you quickly know by name. It's very personal and they know the software inside out. I have never worked with a company as helpful and responsive as Better Impact. I am deeply impressed and highly recommend Better Impact.

Better Impact has truly revolutionized my job as Volunteer Workforce Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Evansville. I manage over 400 active volunteers per year and am able to do so easily with Better Impact. The system is flexible, intuitive, and the customer support is great. I really appreciate how much they value feedback, and implement it into new releases. For the price, I can't find another volunteer system that offers comparable features. The affordability of Better Impact only makes it that much more invaluable to my organization.

We've been using Better Impact for the past 2 years for a major annual triathlon event with 500 volunteers for around 1200 roles over a week in various locations. We believe that it really makes our volunteer programme a step up from before allowing volunteers to select their own schedule and for us to manage the behind the scenes with ease. The online chat support is excellent, fast, effective and real people at the end of a message.

The system is not perfect for our needs, what makes it worth the 5 stars though is the speed with which our questions are answered and feedback is taken up.

I have been using Better Impact for the last 9 years, it is the BEST software for my volunteer program which has about 2,000 online profiles each year. They really listen to their customers and implement feedback continually into the software.

Excellent customer service. The help team are always on hand and LISTENING to clients RE: constant improvements. The software is very powerful and keeps getting better. I would recommend Better Impact to any volunteer manager in any organisation.

Better Impact is a volunteer ICT system and it does what it says on the tin. It's full customisable so give you flexibility to write your own custom fields in to suit your service/organisational needs. We've been using this now for quite a few years and wouldn't change it. They've upgrade to have a client module which is great for what we need, it allows you to associate a volunteer with a client :) Their support is excellent and someone always gets back to you if you have a question or an issue.

Apart from the software itself, which is constantly being updated with suggestions from actual users and is customisable for each organisation's needs, it's the customer service that makes it a pleasure to use Better Impact. The instant messaging service means that your query will be answered, if not resolved, within minutes. I recommend Better Impact to all of my networks!

Excellent product, excellent, friendly and immediate customer service. I've used it for 12 years and can't conceive of using anything else. Volunteers find it super intuitive and user friendly.
