Love this software and all the functions! The help desk team is always great and accessible. I also love that the company listens to our suggestions and constantly updating the software with new functions.

Better Impact is by far the best database for volunteers I have had the pleasure of learning over the years. It is easy to use and there is so much you can do with it if you take the time to explore it! Everything you need is right at your fingertips - scheduling, activities, emails, reports, eLearning - you name it, they have it! They update the software often and always keep members in the loop of the new and exciting additions. Members also have forums to make requests, ask questions, and vote on things they want to see added. And the live chat option is amazing - someone is always there to help. We currently use it across our 4 hospitals and love learning something new every day!

I will talk about Better Impact with anyone that will sit or stand still long enough to listen. Before Better Impact, I was using paper applications and sign-in sheets along with at least 4 different spreadsheets or lists in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. We had a spreadsheet to track volunteer time that had been built by an Excel expert (complete with formulas and reports that would automatically generate) but the bigger it grew throughout the year the slower it became, and I discovered one day last year that the data in the auto-generated reports was inaccurate; I spent days afterward compiling data by hand for a crucial report. It was time for a change. We found Better Impact with the help of one of our supporters, and after some research and comparison, decided it would be the best fit - we were right! Paper applications and sign-in sheets have been eliminated. All my data is in one place, and the data I track has greatly expanded. I could go on and on about everything I can do now, but you can read all about it in their awesome Help Files or ask them for help in their very responsive messaging service. Regular updates are the norm, and there's even a forum for administrators to submit our ideas for improvement. If our budget didn't allow it, I would have the monthly subscription amount deducted from my pay as a donation - totally worth it ten times over!!

Have been in the industry for over 10 years and have gone through three previous volunteer management software programs. Changing to Better Impact has been like night and day compared to the past programs used. By far the best, it gives volunteers ownership of their schedules and the amount of assistance available and professionalism of the staff is amazing.

Better Impact is a great comprehensive volunteer database. One of the best features is that they are continually updating based on what their users are seeing a need for. Even without the updates the database has more than met my expectations. Prices are also very reasonable. They have excellent customer service; both through online tutorials and responsive chats. We have been able to much easier track volunteer hours that are given to our organization with this program. Sending out emails to certain groups of volunteers to stay in communication and update them on what is happening in our facility is easy and quick. They have a training page. As a healthcare facility this is huge to maintain compliance we must complete yearly volunteer training sessions. Not everyone can come to an in person training but they can view and complete the training online. Scheduling is very easy. We have greatly enjoyed being able to see who is on the schedule and having volunteers be able to schedule themselves. Overall this is a very robust volunteer database and a reasonable cost.

I implemented Better Impact at our public hospital in 2017 and have never looked back. The software covers the entire life cycle of volunteering and streamlines the administration necessary to provide excellence in volunteer engagement. The company are also excellent listeners and communicators and are very responsive to user feedback.I genuinely cannot recommend Better Impact highly enough.

I've been using BI for over 5 years and I'm sold. Easy interface for administrators. I like using it so much, I've recommended it to other municipalities. With 1700 active volunteers and another 1000 always in some form of on-boarding, it makes our lives so much more organized.

We have been using Better Impact for nearly ten years for our 400+ volunteers and we are very happy with it. They have done a great job of taking user suggestions and making regular updates, making it one of the best and most cost effective volunteer management systems around.

We recently signed up to Better Impact – Enterprise Edition after researching many volunteer databases, we found that this software package was perfect for what we needed for our extensive volunteer program. Andy and the team have been awesome through the whole process. Since the initial set up and training we now have our first volunteers in the system, yey. Better Impact is one of the easiest data programs I have used and the online support videos and manual hub makes it so easy to find the answer to your questions. But knowing that you can chat to someone online anytime is also reassuring. Thanks to Better Impact we will be able to streamline our volunteer processes, activities and reporting. I would not hesitate in recommending this program to other involving volunteering organisations, big or small.

Better Impact and the volunteer portal MyImpactPage is changing how we work and engage with our volunteers. It is a fantastic management tool and is helping us to communicate better with our volunteers. The only thing I would ask BI to work on is the reporting functionality as I am finding it a bit restrictive. Other than the reporting I love this system!

Since DE Humane switched over to My Impact I can't go any further then the home page. i can't see a schedule, can't enter hours. All I am allowed to see is the home page. So to me the site is lousy. Looks like if you came over from the old site, you are locked out from anything but the home page. I have asked the one in charge at DHA but have not gotten anywhere. I can't even access past the home page from my mobile phone browser. I have used all my browsers and even had a fried that is in IT try and he could not get any further then the home page either.

Better Impact has streamlined our volunteer coordination saving us time and money. All of our volunteers (75) have embraced the technology. They have been supported to use their schedules to sign up to shifts and log hours using the timeclock. Even though the team are predominantly retired, they have embraced the learning process and are now using technology to confidently communicate with family and friends using their own smart devices - which was a surprise advantage of Better Impact. Andy and his team are always available to assist by answering questions quickly and clearly, otherwise their video tutorials are quick and easy to follow.

I have had the pleasure of using Better Impact within two Not for Profit Organisations I have worked with. The first as a general administrator and then 3 years later being part of the implementation team at another organisation. The difference of how much the system had grown in that time is extraordinary. This platform is intuitive, grows with the changing nature of volunteering, invites users to participate in a democratic process of voting towards further developments. An example is the development of a app to support volunteers to clock in and out if they work remotely. This system is not stagnant so there are regular updates as new ideas are introduced. The support with implementing the system, training and ongoing has been excellent all while being done remotely. A local user group has been set up in my area and theses meetings are great to hear about the latest developments (although it is promoted on the dashboard of the system as well) and the opportunity to discuss the system with other organisations. I highly recommend this system to support the management of your workforce, ensure health and safety obligations have been met, and being able to obtain valuable statistics which can then be articulated easily to show the contribution volunteers make to your organisation.

Wow! This software does everything i need and makes me look good! I can now get all the information I need quickly and easily and communicate with volunteers. I love it. Great value for money. The support is excellent.

We were on the search for a new system to manage our 600+ active volunteers managing a 30,000 acre nature preserve. Although similar in capability with Volgistics, we found Better Impact superior in flexibility, usability and support. We have now implemented the solution and are still as excited about the product as when we first evaluated it. In development, we have met every challenge that users gave us for managing our organization. Very impressive! Any time we were at a loss, the response we received from Chat support put us right back on track. Huge thanks to the team for their ongoing support! I'm happy to be a reference for anyone that wants to talk to a user.

I have now worked with Better Impact as a Volunteer Coordinator for two separate organizations and I have been so happy with the experience! Both times, I have led the organization's transition to Better Impact and I have been so pleased with the quality of the product, the fantastic customer service, and the results for my volunteer programs. I've tried other software, and you can't beat Better Impact on quality or affordability!
