Better Impact is a well rounded application for managing volunteers and an entire volunteer program. Between setting up learning modules to tracking hours Better Impact does it all!

During this time of remote volunteering, Better Impact is a clear winner in allowing me to communicate with our corps, post information in a central location and have our volunteers log hours without a glitch!

I can't rate Better Impact highly enough. The system offers complete management of the volunteer life cycle, from advertising, through recruitment and on-boarding, induction, ongoing training, communication, rostering, recognition and exit. I love that the system is completely tailorable to each organisation so it supports our processes and collects the information we need. One of the highlights of Better Impact is that they are always reinvesting in the product and updating features recommended by users of the system. Making it more intuitive, easy to use and comprehensive has made the system even more appealing to my team and I. But above all else, I appreciate the 5 start customer service offered by Better Impact. They have staff across the globe who answer queries in a timely manner pretty much 24/7. They will not only come to the office to train our team and/or volunteers, they will provide training over the phone, logging into the computer and allowing you to watch the process as they go through it with you. And they invest back into the volunteer engagement sector by facilitating user groups, online and in-person conferences. They truly are an incredible part of the sector who support the elevation of best practice through great products and professional development. Thanks team. You're the best!

Better Impact makes running our non-profit so much more efficient and simple. Our volunteers frequently compliment the ease of using this site to self manage their schedule for volunteering with our agency. Such a great program!

Easy to use and understand. Anytime I have a question it's answered very quickly. Much appreciated as my predecessor only gave me a printout on how to use this software.

The system is complex, dated and frustrating to use. I've unfortunately not had the same customer service experience as others. We will no longer be using BI.

Thanks to the BI team Hi all, please pass on my thanks to the BI team, especially Andy, Dahlia and other who have been answering my questions. Today we held a training event for 125 people, marked their attendance in one hit with the mobile clock, and they collectively filled all 126 shifts in just two minutes on their mobile phones. Thanks for all your support as I got ready for today. Fingers crossed but I think it has all worked as planned. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍

I have absolutely loved using Better Impact. Our organization switched from a software with fewer features as part of a revamp of our volunteer program. Our volunteers and staff have found the transition to be easy and have received help at every step along the way when needed. Our favorite features are the eLearning system, the ability to create dynamic opportunity postings and emails, and the unlimited admin accounts so our staff can be more directly involved with volunteers that work in their department. This software has been easy to incorporate into our organization and is similar in price to what we were using before with countless additional features. We would highly recommend Better Impact if you are looking to begin using volunteer management software or looking to transition to a more robust software.

This is a very nice and robust volunteer management system. It operates very smoothly and is user friendly. It can easily handle small to very large organizations and has a surprising amount of flexibility, especially with volunteer activity placement I only have experience with the volunteer module. The support team is on an instant messenger system within the admin module and they are very responsive and helpful. A couple downsides... i find myself running in circles sometimes when I just want to see who is scheduled for an activity as it involves having to run a report. The other is that aside from hour logging, I have not figured out a good way to use it to manage a reward system such as awarding points for completed work, then deducting those points when they redeem them. Overall, a great system with a lot of capability.
