Overall, Better Impact has been helpful to track our volunteer program. The current updates make the software more comprehensive. Would like to see the volunteer end be more user friendly with more options.

Better Impact has made it easy to keep track of our volunteers qualifications and their expiry dates. This saves a lot of time and the software is preferable to a spreadsheet. It was a bit hard to learn, but now that I know how to use most of it I really appreciate the program.

Better Impact has been very beneficial for our organization. It has been a challenge for our volunteers and the administrator modules have been at times challenging to use. However, their support team and training tools are very helpful. The system does a lot more than what we are using it for and in the future we may find that we would give a full 5 stars once we incorporate more that is offered.

This is a great tool for volunteer-heavy organizations to maintain and keep interested their volunteer base. We love the fact Better Impact is also mobile friendly with the app. Thank you for making scheduling and engaging volunteers much more streamline. Now integrate with Google Calendar for us!

Better Impact has made it very easy to access all the different reports that we have to pull for over 1,000 volunteer which we use at our shelter. Their use of eLearning Modules has immensely shorten the time it takes for our volunteer to complete their training process from 3 months to now just a week. This system is very user friendly and easy to use!

Many thanks to the entire team at Better Impact for guiding me to navigate the volunteer program. "It takes courage to be creative" and this is how I felt with beginning the process of having a volunteer software program do what I wanted it to do... I am thrilled to say I love our results and so do the volunteers! I can only imagine the possibilities!!

While some functionality is lacking, it is a good system and exactly what we were looking for. The application itself does not have any type of input auditing so anything can be placed in most fields (letters in phone # fields). There also isn't a way to easily add multiple hours/days at once so hours must be logged each and every day.

Everyone is so helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. When I am frustrated because I can't find something, they are on it. I often work with Mohana, and she is so lovely and helps me solve my troubles every time. A great system, and a very helpful team to help you through as you learn the system and work out the kinks. Awesome!

Extremely quick responses! They are very willing to work with me as long as it takes for me to understand the answer to my question. Plus the reps have a sense of humor, which I appreciate!

BetterImpact has allowed us to keep track of a huge number of volunteer applications we've received this year! It's also enabled us to keep in touch with our existing team of volunteers throughout this difficult year and we've made use of the eLearning function to put some of our induction and volunteer training presentations online! A very handy piece of software, a couple of tweaks to some of the functions would be great but overall brilliant!

Better Impact was a great decision for us. It has proven to be a versatile, robust, and entirely reliable package, and it made it easy for us to expand rapidly. Support has been excellent - Everyone from board members to interns has been able to get help when they needed it.

I've been using this Volunteer Management System since 2015. The interface is very user friendly and the company is constantly adding new features. They really listen to their customers and do a great job of meeting needs.

Better Impact is fantastic! I was sold right away when they sent a professional, detailed quote about the features and cost of our subscription. Since switching from a different volunteer management software system, I have benefited from Better Impact's modern features like texting, intuitive design and INCREDIBLE customer service via chat, email and phone. Would recommend 1000 times over!

I love Better Impact! I switched over from another software that was just very clunky. It's possible that the previous one I was using offered some similar features but in 5+ years I was never able to figure that out. It was not intuitive at all. The help videos were outdated and I never once actually spoke to a live person. I started using Better Impact in Jan 2020. Unfortunately, we had to significantly cut back on using volunteers in March (due to COVID) but that gave me plenty of time to really get to know this system. It's fantastic! It is SO flexible. The training videos and articles are very clear and helpful. I've used the chat feature several times and the response time is excellent. The staff has always been extremely helpful, kind, supportive, and able to answer my questions/dilemma in a very understandable way. The system is very user-friendly. Both my staff and our volunteers were excited at how easy it is. Also, the look is very appealing and welcoming. I rave to my colleagues about it and have encouraged all of them to try it. I've been nothing but pleased since switching over and give Better Impact the highest recommendation without hesitation.

I have used this software for over 7 years. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing. This has made my job easier and has given me the time I need to dedicate to our volunteers and mission. The software itself is easy to understand and is user friendly. You are also able to create your own reports. The staff is very friendly and they respond very quickly to all of my questions. I have enjoyed how user friendly it is. I highly recommend this software to others.
