I have been volunteering with FRA for almost 2 years now and I love it! I have enjoyed my time working with the ACO's at the Rowlett Animal Shelter and the volunteers! I have witnessed a group who is truly concerned with the animals and we all work together to make their lives better!
We've been using Better Impact for a few years now and I don't hesitate to recommend it to all of my colleagues in the field. Our volunteers and staff love the flexibility and organization it provides, and it's easy to work with for even the less technologically inclined (and has an easy-to-use for administrators in case you have volunteers who can't use the computer themselves). Better Impact leaves us so much more time to deal with the human element, knowing that our data and scheduling is taken care of.

Wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive from the CEO, to the Sales Rep, to the Developer. They are constantly improving their product. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that the reporting capability of the product isn't well developed.
I really like this program for what it is and does, but I'm very impressed with the team for always considering client suggestions to update and make the program better.
Great one on one staff handover training from Rob. Super helpful and on point with what I needed. Further, the online chat and library of tutorials is most helpful. Super support!

I've used many volunteer software's in my 28 years as a Manager, Volunteer Resources, absolutely love better impact. I'm still underutilizing it's capabilities though but...they offer tons of resources and ways to help you. This software frees up so much time for our profession...affording us opportunities to do the big picture thinking, strategic planning, etc.!
Can't get enough of the features and abilities that the Better Impact software allows for our volunteer program. The regular updates and quick, efficient service I've experienced through the chat feature is fantastic. Keep up the great work and I look forward to many upgrades of 2018!

This software is getting better and better! I remember using it back in V3 and the look-and-feel of that version. There is a huge difference between V3 and V4... I'm so amazed with all the functionalities in V4 and can't wait to see how the software evolves. The company is very responsive to suggestions and always happy to work with me/other users. Better Impact makes managing a large volunteer program so much easier and more efficient. We have a large volunteer program of around 500 volunteers in various roles, both on-site and in the community. From managing rosters (in various roles/departments), reporting on hours and tasks, keeping track of who is (and isn't) 'on the clock', communicating and engaging with volunteers - it covers everything. Volunteers can log into the system and manage their own rosters, log their hours and achievements and stay better engaged with your organisation. We recently added an additional "client" module to our system, allowing us to integrate our volunteer data with the partner organisations some of our volunteers visit. The software is tailor-made by people who are experienced in the volunteer management world and it shows. We love it :)
I work for a Non-Profit Hospice organization (also Palliative Care, Bereavement, and soon PACE) and Better Impact has greatly impacted our success as a Volunteer Department! The level of customizatinon is hard to beat! The flexibility of report runnings accomodates everything I need for my grant, Medicaid, NHPCO reports etc.The customer service is excellent. I love that they have a product suggestion forum - and they actually respond to it! One of my suggestions was recently implemented in the update. Very pleased with this database, it has greatly improved staff and volunteer happiness in our experience.
