Been using Better Impact for our Volunteers now for about 3yrs, program is easy to use from both a Volunteer and Admin side of things. We also use it as our membership database / mailout list / department reporting etc highly recommend

I love using Better Impact to schedule our volunteers- On an administrator end, it's an ideal software with amazing customer service. The only issue is that a lot of older volunteers struggle to learn this program, and require a lot more training that our older methods.

Absolutely Fantastic!! Customizable and User Friendly. Our volunteers are really enjoying the site. The employees are so helpful and prompt in requests for help. They walk you through step by step as you get used to the program. The program is great. Easy to learn and work. Highly recommended.

The Better Impact Program does take a while to learn as there are so many levels to learn BUT the staff that are there to guide you are absolutely amazing. They are very patient and know the system well. Their explanations are easy to understand and if you are struggling they will reach out over the phone. Shannon has been outstanding to work with and our group is very thankful for her.

Great product, but if things go a little wrong you can rely on their support. We'd made a 'behind the scenes' error but it was fixed quickly by the Better Impact team. Great service.

Great product and exceptional service. The Volunteer Impact database has helped us to streamline our recruitment and volunteer management processes. We can now easily store all our information, communication and training in one place. This has meant less work for each individual and by using the database we spend less time on volunteer processes and can spend more time on important aspects of our service delivery. Andy, Karen and the rest of the team have been extremely supportive and give great personalised service. I would absolutely recommend this product and company.

Managing our donor database has never been easier! Reporting is streamlined and easy. User friendly to the admins and to the donors. Better Impact representatives have annual check-ins to see how your are coming along with the software and you can contact a representative anytime for questions (response time is quick). They even have a product suggestion forum to submit suggestions for the software; they care about you and how the software works for you! I absolutely enjoy this software and cannot wait for future improvements on an already great software.

Better Impact has made the world of a difference for our organization. The system is very user friendly for both administrators as well as volunteers. The initial onboarding of volunteers has become more fine tuned, and much of the time staff focused on this, is now being better used elsewhere. Volunteers feel that they are more in the loop, and are able to sign up for activities in a moment's notice. We are better able to track statistics in order to focus outreach. Staff and volunteers are much better able to communicate with each other in a more timely way. We have been able to work towards going paperless with this system. It is well worth the investment!

I'm new to the My Impact program. It's extensive in it's scope which means there's a lot to learn. Their training videos are excellent but what I really love is their chat help option. The people there are friendly, responsive and know their subject! When we're bringing on other Admins where they may not be wild about learning a new program, they too appreciate the level of friendly, easy, accessible assistance that My Impact delivers!

this product simplifies and streamlines our processes. It has taught us to work in ways we never imagined we could operate. I am able to communicate in a more targeted and specific way, reaching individuals who are interested in specific activities/availability etc. it has allowed us to reduce our paper consumption, maintain better relationships with past present and future volunteers! We are still learning and we look forward to expanding our use of this tool across our agency!

We made the switch to Volunteer Impact in 2016. Within a short time our volunteer applications tripled. People LOVED having the application online. We were able to move them through the training process quickly with the email templates. We have added new programs and expanded our coverage to accommodate the extra interest. It immediately saved us 20+ hours a month. We were able to produce our monthly reports in less than a minute (previously took 10+ hours a month). Administration and volunteer management is greatly simplified. We love how easy it is to fill shifts. We can quickly screen for qualified, available volunteers and contact them. It's changed everything. I never imagined this when I decided to move to volunteer software. What sets Better Impact apart is that they ARE volunteer managers and understand the needs. Support is excellent. Both the online help pages, and also the chat function. I have had 100% resolution of any challenges I had. One thing I would recommend you do. Before looking for volunteer software examine your current needs and make a list of ALL the things you need to do with a volunteer system. I did this and ended up with 18 MUST items that I could not live without. I examined twelve options and did walkthroughs with eight. Volunteer Impact was the only software that did everything I needed. It was the best decision I have ever made at our food bank. I am so grateful for the changes it's allowed us to make and the additional people it's allowed us to help.
