Better Impact has quite literally impacted us at The Ottawa Hospital for the better. It allowed us to get our applications online, manage, communicate, schedule and track volunteers throughout their life-cycle across multiple sites. We are more efficient, consistent and professional since we adopted it. My team thoroughly researched and trialed a number of choices before switching to it and have never regretted it. It is affordable, dynamic, easily customized and allowed the inclusion of French. They are regularly updating and adding exciting features. Support is immediate and we love that it is a Canadian company!

Better Impact has substantially changed our program. We have been able to streamline processes, decreasing administration time and now can spend more time directly engaging volunteers away from our desks!

Better Impact has given us the Volunteer Administrators a way better picture of what our volunteer program can offer, as a result we have increased our recruitment and have increased engagement with our volunteers. The best volunteer database out there today!

The system is highly adaptable and allows flexibility within an organization. The customer support team is incredible and connects quickly and thoroughly through the chat function, email, and phone!

Moving to Volunteer Impact is the best move we've made. It's allowed volunteers more flexibility than before, is easier for staff to use, and the support can not be beat. Whenever we've needed help, an actual person is able to help us within a reasonable amount of time.

I really like the responsive help chat feature. I have had responses in the weekend local time because it not the weekend on the other side of the world! The software has automated many functions we did manually so we have more time to complete other tasks.

Since starting to use Better Impact, management of volunteers has changed immensely for me. Volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, and the system creates a schedule for them to see. I can create and save commonly used reports to make viewing these items more efficient. I'm very happy with the program, and still learning more ways that I can use it.

We are a small 40 member volunteer emergency response team in Southern California. We evaluated over a dozen online applications before selecting Better Impact! BI has met our automation needs and their customer service and technical support are spot-on! Adfditionally they are reqularly providing application updates to improve the functionality. Lastly, their pricing is perfect for small teams like ours without compromising value. You will not be disappointed!

I used the chat feature on Better Impact today and once again the service was stellar. The support experts are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Shannon form BI was able to spot something I was missing in a volunteer setup window right away and provided clear and concise instructions to correct the issue. You can't go wrong with Better Impact, they're notch in every category. One small complaint though, only five stars? I would give the support staff ten stars if I could! Thanks again.

I believe there should be an easier way to log hours and attach to organizations. It would be much better if those were on the same page, rather than logging into one account on to the other.

Better Impact has made volunteer management so much easier! Always there with support on any topic that we need and their eLearning library addresses most issues without needing to contact them for support.

I am really excited to implement the Training Modules. We are in the process of implementing a more thorough training process for our volunteers to complete and we want to have it on-line.

Great volunteer management software! I have saved considerable time and effort by using the system. Would recommend to any volunteer organization as it is an affordable and easy-to-use solution to get and track greater volunteer engagement.

Better Impact is my everyday lifesaver for volunteer management. I quite honestly don't know how anyone who works with volunteers can get by without this software. From schedules to reports to storing organized information for volunteer profiles Better Impact is a helpful and easy to use tool.
