Its an Update to my previous Beliani reviews.Whould give 0....Bought wheerpool bathtube in october 2020 with the 24 month warranty,few weeks ago stop working,reported to Beliani and been asked to send the video,after sending video they said its a motor fault which is need to be reported to their supplier,after few weeks waiting received emal that Beliani aspecting shipped motor from the supplier,when i asked whos going to replace the motor as its required electrical and plumbing services (had a qoute 450 quid) and Beliani replied to me,that it should be done by buyer.Reported to trading standart agencies UK and Switzerland.Its a dangerous trading! Update from 21.05.2021 Pump arrived after month waiting,but been damaged in transit due to poor package,heavy pump been only wraped in paper.Reported,had a reply that is ok to install as nothing wrong with it...Obiously my plamber refused it to install damaged pump.Reported and requested new one.They reply that i have to wait 3 month as suplier in Asia.Well i was alredy waiting 1 month since problem was reported and another problem came out now.Because of pump not working i whouldn't be able to use bathtube even as a normal bath,because it should be maitain regulary as bacteria groving in pipes which is connecting jets and pump,so it should be cleaned regularly but only the way is to add wheerpool bath cleaner to the water and switch on jets for 5-10 minutes.As well it could be risk of exposing to legionella as no other way to get out water from the system.We straggle now as its only the place in the house for washing up.Company don't take responsibility at all.I have no choice and been advise to set up court case. Reply to Beliani response 13.10.2021 Offered what compensation???Cost me 5 grand to replace your faulty bath?specialy when you refuse to comply with the 24 month warranty provided with the purchase!Warning To All please avoid this company!
simple ordering system
Awful first time experience. Goods received with manufacturers faults. Lack of communication, lack of effective support from the management team. Management do not liaise with customers preventing to offer partnership working or for customers to feel they are being heard. Goods have taken up to a month to be received yet my funds were taken immediately, I have been penalised in many aspects. I will certainly not be using this company again!!!! My experience became even worse when the replacement arrived also damaged. No tracking information and nightmare to receive. So I will surely NOT be buying again!!!.
