I made a purchase of 2 grey upholstered chairs (rockefeller) and paid in full, I received my proof of purchase invoice that clearly stated free delivery. Their website also advertises free delivery and returns but does not make it clear there are exceptions to this. During checkout I entered my address and postcode and the site failed to advise me of any delivery charge for my postcode which is clearly their responsibility and not mine. 2 days later I received an email regarding the order demanding an extortionate £70 delivery charge to dispatch purchase. The email was extremely concerning and quite frankly upset me deeply. The items where ordered in good faith clearly stated free delivery on invoice. To be informed they where reneging on this proof of purchase which is in effect my purchase contract with them was extremely alarming. They where more than happy and very quick to debited the purchase amount from my bank which had been in their account since completing my purchase. As a U.K. resident, I explained that I expected the same treatment to be afforded me and advised the order to be filled without prejudice due to there own inept systems. This treatment was discriminating, fraudulent advertising not to mention breach of my purchase contract. I will repeat the most important part of this review once again. The purchase contract entered into by the buyer (i.e. me) with the seller (i.e. beliani) clearly stated free delivery of the items purchased. The customer service agent i dealt with had an attitude and stated I either pay the extortionate rate to have my item dispatched or I could cancel my order. I cancel out of complete disgust. I have since purchase 2 chairs from another U.K. based company with free delivery within 3 working days. I cannot understand how one U.K based company can commit to quality service and another disregard any form of customer service and try to scam an extortionate amount for delivery. We are in the 21st century, dont these retailers realise consumers can report these things online. Be warned this is a very unprofessional, incompetent and seriously lacking customer service company to deal with.
Very efficient
I took the decision to purchase a sofa corner suite on line from this company after reading reviews and the delivery time was good and they advertised a 365 free returns . The item arrived in 7 days and I should have realised when it arrived in boxes and having purchased 2 previous corner suites from Harvey’s I could see the quality was extremely poor ! Initially a bit of the back rest was zipped away under the sofa .. couldn’t find it .. eventually did after contacting customer support . I also re checked warranty which was 24 months ! Within 2 weeks the poor quality became even more apparent one recliner broke and the filling in arm rests starting disappearing going flat and the seats were indented and uncomfortable! After numerous emails I got nowhere despite sending video and pictures as requested and each time they asked for more . This company simply would not accept a broken faulty item back . I then read the genuine reviews which states all the problems I have encountered! They will do anything to fob you off and not accept liability. The warranty is useless as they state they cannot repair as they are an online company only . The 365 return is a front as they only accept unused items back and issue a voucher ! I have never ever come across a company such as this who has such disrespect for its customers causing them distress . After getting no where I think they hoped I’d go away .. I had to claim via my credit card . This was not an easy process either . I felt totally scammed by this company. My advice do not use this company as if you have any issues they will not resolve your problem. Read the genuine reviews. It’s simply appalling this company continues to operate in this way .

If I could I would give a 0 star review to this company. Awful quality furniture and awful customer support when trying to return the item. Be careful IF you order from them (which I don't suggest) they will try to keep your money with their loop holed policies that are not mentioned anywhere in the order until you read the lengthy terms and conditions, which is a typical behaviour of a shady company. After more than a week I still haven't got my money back from the faulty product they delivered.
