It was not a first time when I bought stuff in Beliani. I really love their products and it's quality. Got small problem with delivery and use a chat with Max. He was just perfect, professionally dealt with my issue. Fantastic customer service and attitude. I am surely gonna buy in Beliani again and recommend them. It is not easy presently to get such perfect customer service. Recently I just got very bad experience in few places. Beliani seams absolutely great.

Terrible. The product ( a metal garden bin) I bought was paper thin, flimsy and not fit for purpose. It was soo bad, the box was even labelled "made in Chia" which I presume should have read made in china. The floor is so thin that any weight will break through it and the locking mechanism is totally ineffective and unreliable as the lid doesnt fit to allow it to lock or shut securely. Avoid these people like the plague.

Absolute cowboys….stay clear of them. I ordered a table which came scratched. Refused to take it back and tried Offering me money off and a credit note. 2 weeks later they agreed to refund me and pick up the table. Been 10 days since table was picked up and still no refund…. Stay clear of these horrible thieves.
