All process from beginning of the order till the dispatch communication worked perfectly well. I didn’t yet open my furniture hopefully the product quality will be also good

So so difficult to place order…..
I purchased a sofa which was not the best quality. One armchair had a defect and when asked to collect the item, they made it difficult that I decided to accept a voucher. When trying to use the voucher, I had to spend to use it. I did not have a choice the time I avail the vouchers. I would not recommend Beliani furniture

Be careful using this company , we ordered a large chair and it was faulty and they refused to collect it even though on their website it says they will arrange collection . We had to pay to return it which is pretty disgusting to be honest . We also told them this was not what it says in their terms and that we would struggle to return it as it’s huge . They just said tough basically . Had to claim via PayPal but still had to pay for the return of the faulty item . Be warned . Not a nice company
