WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I bought a sofa from this company the sofa first of all was very poor quality so I decided to return it, I took pictures of the sofa to make sure I had proof that the sofa was in perfect condition and I also took picture os the packing. I didn’t take picture of the sofa in the boxes because I thought I wouldn’t need it. So this company contact and tell me they only going to refund 80% of the value of the sofa because the packing was not good. They also send me a picture that a carrier send me them and the packing on that picture was all opened and had some blue tape which I did not use. I live in a first floor and when the carrier came to collect the sofa they literally throw the sofa down the stairs, so if they treat the item like this all the way to the final destination so obsvisilly it is not going to get there in good condition. I tried to explain that to this company called belliani but they preferred to TAKE 20% of the value of my purchase (of course more money for them) instead of speaking with the carrier. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
Great fast order
Avoid this company. Appalling customer service. Received a £450 chair with a huge rip in, that they are refusing to replace or repair even though there is a legal obligation to do so. I will never use this company again. The attitude of their customer services team is dreadful.

I ordered a TV unit from this company, delivery was continuously delayed. I requested to cancel the order numerous times but was spoken out of it an assured the order would arrive. The product eventually arrived but was unfortunately damaged. I had to send some imaged of the damage etc and the company issued a full refund.

I recently bought a blue Chesterfield style sofa bed from Beliani UK through Amazon. I'm currently trying to get my problems dealt with so haven't given a final Amazon review yet, in order to give Beliani a chance to make things right, but when things are finalized, I will. The sofa bed itself is very well presented, and as a sofa is very comfortable, so at first I was very happy. The problems began when I first tried to open it out as a bed. First, the mechanism seemed very awkward and stiff. I was told this was normal and went with it, and managed eventually to get the bed unfolded out, and at first things seemed okay, - until I lay on it and the blood went to my head and I felt a bit sick. It turned out that the head end is 2 inches lower than the foot end, from the floor on which it sits. I measured this myself and rang Beliani and they asked me to send photos and a detailed explanation, - which I did, showing the measurements, 20 inches to the mattress top at the foot end, mid-leg position and 18 inches high from the ground at the head end. I was told that my case would be dealt with and someone would call that day, the next day. No one did. I rang back again and was told that the persons manager had decided they needed a video emailed to them. I asked what they wanted to see on the video, given the large number of specific photos I'd already sent, but no information was forthcoming, and the whole thing felt like the can was being kicked further down the road in the hope I'd just go away. I refused and reiterated the entire case and the person told me there had been a mistake and of course the product manager would call me. Guess What? - No phone call. I rang again today, and have been told to expect a call today or tomorrow (we'll see!). and informed that Beliani don't believe there is a construction problem with the bed as this 'has never happened before'. In order to be helpful (and because as a Sofa I really like the piece), I'd done what I could to look into the problem and had found that the mechanism did have the movement in it to support an extra 2 inches of raise on the sofa unit, and surprise surprise this seems to level out the bed. Suspecting the wrong feet had been supplied I put this theory forwards, even if only just to hear whether boosting the unit was safe, and in the hope they might consider sending me some two inch taller feet to make me happy. So far, - nothing. I just examined the bed again now out of curiosity and found even more problems. It appears that the canvas support has been misfitted at the foot end, and is under the cross wires which support it so they press directly against the mattress, which doesn't seem right, and also it appears the initial stiffness and jarring was actually bits of the mechanism grinding against itself, as now I've inspected it there is abrasion marks where it's rubbed against itself. Shame as it is a really nice piece of furniture. For now, I'm holding on to see if I can resolve the issue with the height with feet, as it does function and doesn't seem to be having any further mechanical problems, but I can't really give more than two stars for these problems and no resolution from customer services after over a week of effort on my part.
