We ordered a sofa off their website. It is seriously the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever owned in my life, by far. To top it off, their customer service person who spoke to me was awful. [Before I continue, I think it’s worth pointing out that the three of us in our household are all very average in weight and height and we all had exactly the same experience with this sofa.] To start with, sofa arrived without issue, seat cushions seemed a bit thin (only 2cm!) but felt fine at the time. [This is where it might be worth pointing out that their coveted “365 returns” policy ONLY applies if you return the sofa in its original packaging, completely unused.] Long story short, those thin, pathetic seat cushions did not last long at all. They became uncomfortable within about 4 months. After about 7 months it became painful and you could feel the wooden frame surrounding the sofa while you were seated. In the past we have added extra cushioning into our sofa seats to make it plump again, but for some reason these cushions were sewn into the frame so that was not possible for us to do. We don’t usually complain about things, and this is a sofa designed by a big brand — Beliani, with a great website and great reviews — so perhaps we’re wrong to judge it so soon. It’s also well within the warranty so let’s give it another go, we said. We tried to avoid sitting near the cushion edges where the wooden frame was, we tried to sit perfectly upright and avoid any of the more painful seated positions. We tried to just keep using it and to just put up with it. It wasn’t until myself and the others in my house started getting regular back pain, and were actively avoiding using our own living room sofa [only 9 months after spending £700 on it!], that I had to contact Beliani customer support for help within warranty. So I emailed them our issues and asked what options there were, if a repair is possible, or part exchange, partial refund or anything. Their reply? “Comfort is subjective. You got 9 months of use from your sofa. We don’t cover this under our warranty.” I couldn’t believe it! We should be happy that our brand new sofa lasted 9 months!?! They offered us nothing. You check their website today and that sofa — NESNA — is one of the worst reviewed sofas they sell, yet they continue to do so. Don’t buy your sofa from them, it’s too much of a risk. If you read through the reviews, you’ll see they may have generally positive reviews when a customer gets a good product, but if you have any sort of issue or complaint, they won’t do anything to help. We won’t ever use this company again.

Huge issues and inefficiencies with delivery and unacceptable communication. I can’t comment on the product as despite the fact it was supposed to be delivered so far no show

Ordered a pair of bar stools for my new house. Really pleased with them and the quality. Not so impressed with the delivery. I had no communication whatsoever to advise they were on their way. If I had known they were coming I would have ensured someone was in. Came home from work one day to find the box dumped in the pouring rain on my driveway. No attempt to re-deliver or deliver to the neighbours - we often accept parcels for each other. Luckily the box was so thick the rain hadn't seeped through but not acceptable if the weather was good nevermind raining.

Really poor communication from company, don't expect a quick delivery. Product advertised as delivery within 7 days, but ended up taking 3 weeks. After no delivery or information I contacted asking to cancel the order and was told I'd have to wait a further week for the item to be delivered so I could refuse it! Rather than just cancelling as I asked. I wasn't given any information about the delivery so it ended up coming when I was out and going to my neighbour who obviously didn't know to refuse it. Delays do happen but this company did nothing to inform or apologise of the delay and refused to cancel an order despite distance selling regulations. Avoid
