I can't comment yet as have only just placed the order. However the chat box said they reply to chat enquiries immediately - I entered a query and they didn't! I phoned instead and had helpful information.
I've been asked to provide a review immediately after purchasing. The items have not been delivered. I don't think it's a fair point in time to ask for a review. I think this type of activity manipulates trustpilot score.
