We ordered 2 beds from Beliani and 1 arrived damaged. The motor that raises the bed up & down does not work. After numerous mails & pictures they sent out a new controller which also does not work. I have been telling them all along I am sure the motor is faulty. I requested a new bed, but was refused or they send someone to assess the bed, but just asked for more videos. Terrible customer service.

I had quite a lot of problems getting a definitive statement from the company on what was needed for UK fitting. The website is not clear and in fact has some points that are misleading. Hard wired so adaptors are not needed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a bed from Beliani and they have refused to give me a refund. The bed has completely broken and is such poor quality. I have sent countless emails and also letters asking for my complaint to be resolved and they have been shocking. I ended up paying for a carpenter to remake the bed frame with wood to strengthen it. Please use a more reputable company that you can trust to reimburse you for faulty goods. I have had absolute nonsense emailed to me from their head office, you wouldn’t believe. I am in the process of going through trading standards / ombudsman. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE PLEASE!

Unfortunately tried on several occasions over multiple weeks to place an order online, money pending in bank account but no order confirmed by the store. I kept needing to wait 7days at a time for the money to leave the pending section with the bank and be returned to my account so I could attempt to reorder again. Also tried ordering online, order confirmation received, a few days later I received an email stating the order needed to be stopped because Klarna couldn't be used via the phone.
So far so good. Hoping it arrives on time.
New update - Beliani have changed my customer service rep, they’re requesting I pay the £60 collection fee to return an item. I followed their returns process and made them aware that I did not want to keep the item within 14 days. They’re not following their own procedures. They have also tried to contact trust pilot saying that I am not a true customer, more than happy to provide this information to trust pilot or Beliani I hope people realise the good reviews below are made by employees of Beliani not customers

I ordered a £300.00 cowshed rug that started ''shedding'' its hair after a few months of using. Upon contacting customer service, Monica S. asked me for the photos of the damage. Apparently without even bothering to open them, Monica instantly copied and pasted some random info from the website on how to use the carpet - info completely IRRELEVANT to the damage on the pics. Her second RUDE email started with ''on the top of what I copied and pasted, I would now also add this from the website'' which made me then sure I will never get any serious help from Monica. The only info Monica did not copy and paste, though, was the one about 24 months warranty on their website. However, upon asking about this, she came back with an email to assure me this query has been rejected, but she will be happy to give me £50 to spend on their website. I don't want to buy yet another RUBBISH on their website, so that it would end up in a landfill after a few months. All in all, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUBBISH PRODUCTS, UNTRUE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE AND ENVIRONMENTAL UNSUSTAINABILITY - these are the words that best describe beliani.co.uk
