Easy to navigate website. Delivery timescales are unclear, on one page reference to end of March and then another part of the same page reference to 14/1/22 was referenced. This may deter people from ordering. Thank you.

Exell at making things simple to buy. Pity I had to wait a year to Order and they did not send me an email as requested.

The process was great.
I did have a problem with ordering online but it was fixed the next day. I have now placed an order and was able to pay via PayPal . The order & payment have been confirmed by Beliani so no harm done.

So far so good. Just made an order with Beliani UK and has been made really easy. It would be better though to know when to expect the delivery, if it's 3 or 5 working days with free shipping.
