I can’t fault this company. I have ordered four/five pieces of furniture now and the customer service is exceptional. I was a bit skeptical about ordering furniture that I haven’t tested in a shop, however the filters on the website make life easier and I could easily get things that fitted my exact measurements. Furthermore I was very pleased with the ease of putting the stuff together and the quality I am also pleased with - the sofa I received so far looks way more expensive and it cleans so easily! ( very handy for when my toddler is about!) I felt quite annoyed I missed my student discount on my first order - and was going to cancel and reorder , however Natalie was a helpful and helped me sort this retrospectively - one of the reasons I put in more orders! Can’t complain - currently my fave furniture site!

These people have excellent customer services. I received a footstool with a fault that meant I could not fit one of the legs to the body. I contacted customer services, they replied promptly, were very polite and helpful. They responded immediately to my further e mails and replaced the damaged foot stool. Ten out of ten for customer service, great footstool.

Aweful & Incompetent!! From delivery to actually using it it’s just not recommended at all. Spend about 1.500 £ on an outdoor couch. The delivery took ages - customer service first time absolutely Incompetent. Having it a couple of weeks and took care of it like I’ve never done before with something else. Cushions begun to weirdly stain in the sun. Tried to reach the customer service again - second time absolutely Incompetent and nasty. They tried to sell me new cushions rather then actually tried to help. Send 8(!) times photos which they apparently never received. Kind of they wanted to get rid of you by trying to take the p***! All In All: Quality terrible Customer services terrible Delivery company terrible Don’t make any business with them. It’s not worth money and lifetime!!!

Believe all the terrible reviews! I think all the positive reviews are false. This is by far the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. From purchase, to delivery and damaged furniture. I provided them with multiple forms of evidence for the damage and their solution was a £100 refund for all of my items which were all faulty. Not a single one of my furniture pieces was not damaged which I had paid £1600 for. Furthermore, there is no sale, these are all the original prices. Absolute scam. Save your money, invest in good furniture or even e-Bay. Avoid at all costs. Truly regretful of wasting my money...
